In a panic I not only called Jebs and left a message but also stopped at Sears and impulsively bought an electric dryer to replace the one that suddenly died on us. Robin at Jebs returned my call. Cant say enough good things about Jebs Appliance. Starting with Robin whos friendly, professional, knowledgable, good sense of humor and she told me what she thought was the problem. Decided to have Kyle come to the house to check out the dryer. Kyle is awesome, knows his stuff, also friendly and professional. After fixing our electric dryer he checked out the washer and gave us some tips and then walking through the kitchen checked out the refrigerator and again gave us some advice. He saved me over $500.00, needless to say I called Sears and cancelled the order. Not only is the service superb, this company harkens back to when businesses used to care about their customers - friendly, takes the time to listen and talk with you, does their best to help. I will always call Jebs when I have an appliance that needs help.

We have used this company time and time again from purchases to repairs. We have always been fully satisfied from this family. They are professional and quick. I came in this morning to buy a fridge and by the time I got home and cleared out my old one they were there with the new one. I highly recommend everyone to go here.

On a budget? Unexpected appliance failure--go to Jebs he has what you need, will install the new appliance, haul away the old piece of junk. I dont buy cars new and I dont buy appliances new as long a Jebs is around.
