Redbeacon services are very poor and needs lots of work; this program is put together by a bunch of white collar office cubicle computer marketing geeks. Who have no knowledge of the real industry or have worked in the industry. Take a close looks at their job estimator (especially landscaping) it is just completely screw up. Customer are getting mislead with this kind of information they provide. I have used Redbeacon as a contactor since they started. Out of 25 bids I provided through Redbeacon we landed one client, I did the bid got the job and completed the work. The client wrote a good review about our services, 4 canceled, 20 decided not to use Redbeacon with notice ask why? You are better off using Home Advisor.

Just walked out shaking my head. Sign said 5 patio sets left, 7 piece set for $399. Only set left is the floor model and one chair is missing. Still $399 but a 6 piece set. I asked for discount...no she says. Isnt this false advertising? Again she says no. But youreally selling it for the same price as a 7 piece set with only 6 pieces? Her response? "If you want a 7 piece patio furniture set for $399 go online and find one."

Typical box lumber store most employees are too busy to care some know how to say hello but not much more help than that, unless you get into speciality departments and your spending high dollar. They choose what they want to price match on so if your curious call first and get a name of who you talked to before wasting your time going. Other than that they have what others have just seams to be lacking customer service.

They have really bad service and I went to the store and asked a worker she speak Spanish she said no Im Indian I think that is not the answer she could just say sorry no, Im going to find someone who speak Spanish.When she finish resolving my problem she said see it was easy I feel I was dumb. I went to the store because they didnt answer my call and that is my bad experience with home depot.

Check online through the app or website before you go there! So times it is hard to get help from an associate in there because you can not find one or if you find out ehe/she probably would say ow I am not working gin this section. But there are some responsible employee too that would walk you through what you need and explain as much as they know

Since moving to Vacaville, I have been to Home Depot 10 times, and each time it has been humid and hot, to the point of sweat dripping from my face. Also to get help was difficult because the staff seemed to be all around the front of the store, but on a positive note, once i found someone to assist me, they were helpful.

The employees do not know where anything is, I was sent from one end of the store to the other, I found everything on my own,no where near where I was told. Then it took 30 minutes to check out because the computer couldnt read the tag. NOT HAPPY

Enjoyed talking to JP at Vacaville,Ca. Home Depot. Explained some products that Morn puts out. We talked in detail about Monday garbage disposals. How they are designed to last longer and function better. Very informative salesman.

If you know what you want - this is a great place to find lots of stuff for do-it-yourself projects. But if you are looking for good home repair advice, dont rely on those in Orange Vests to provide you with much beneficial help.

Standard home depot. Half the staff has no idea how half the items work, give people the wrong advice and theres always one guy who is in his 60s who is a retired contractor of 50 years and knows everything. The guru.lol

There is never anyone to help you in the section with the pavers and when I asked cashier to call for help, and I hear her page someone, no one showed up. After waiting 10 minute, I left!
