Purchased a replacement door link for a KitchenAid dishwasher on April 11, 2016 and installed the same day. Within 24 hours of installation one of the door links failed. As a result purchased another replacement kit, but from a different store (Meyer Appliance). Not only was the replacement kit 10$ cheaper, it was also an original manufacturer part of superior quality. After speaking with an associate at Premium Appliance and explaining one of the replacement door links failed within 24 hours of installation I was very disappointed that they refused to provide a refund for the defective part. Instead they only offered an exchange for another kit I no longer need.

Ive been searching on line for weeks, for a part for a 20+ year old Amana Dryer. Ive also contacted several other local parts depots, and no one seemed to understand what I was looking for. I called the owner at Premium Appliance and described what I needed and the particular dryer it was for. He sounded very knowledgeable, and was very accommodating over the phone. He had the part in stock at a very fair price. It was a part for an outdated dryer, but it was the part I needed. For under $20 I have a dryer running like new. You can bet Ill be doing business with this local shop again.

I called searching for a oven igniter for my oven. On the phone he said he had the part. I arrived and he had the part by the counter. The shop is very cluttered inside and tucked behind the carwash on el Camino. However another customer remarked he knows where everything is located. The part number of the part he sold me was different but the proprietor assured me it was the replacement but newer part. I was able to verify the statement online. I installed the part and now my oven is heating up again. I will return here the next time I need appliance parts.

The very kind gentleman that runs this shop is great and super knowledgeable about appliances and parts! Of coarse it is cluttered, its a parts store!! Its walls of appliance parts, not a Lowes. Thats how you know you have found a good parts store. 96% of the time he will have it in stock or will order for you and keep one in his shop for next time. I have been purchasing parts for various appliances and various makes and models from this gentleman for over 7 years and I highly recommend giving him a call first when you need a part.

I just keep coming back to this little shop. Amazing how many parts this guy is able to cram into such a small shop. I have yet to leave without the exact part I was looking for. Yes, parts are more expensive that going on Internet to find them, but you actually get to see the part, compare it to your old one, and take it home immediately! Worth it to me. And the owner is a wonderful fellow. Makes me feel like I am back in Tennessee in the small town I grew up in.

Bought 2 hoses for a washing machine in February for 50 dollars. Went to return them 2 weeks later he was closed for 6 wks at least thats what the sign said. Reopen march 20th. Was there march 24. He wouldnt take them back. It had been over 30 days and he said they were used but they werent. Yes attached there was more wrong with the washer than 2 hoses. Hes a rip off. If i had patience I could of gone to home Depot or lowes and got hoses for $10. Rip off places.

Inside looks completely crowded and funky, but dont let that fool you. The owner is razor-sharp and has an encyclopedic knowledge of appliances and parts. I highly recommend to search the web for the part number and call in advance. Ive done this on several occasions: He always had the part in stock and had it ready when I came in. Price was close to best online (with delivery). "No waiting" was easily worth the difference. Definitely a hidden gem in the area!

My Dishwasher just stopped working. Figured out via You tube trouble shooting videos that I may need a (Kitchen Aid) Thermal fuse. Called up with the model #. He had it stock, for an average price. Drove down there, it was a little hard to find. But the part was waiting for me. I was in and out. Installed the part and my dishwasher is working perfectly- thanks.

Premium had the parts I needed in stock. Great customer service skills and they beat the prices of Aped and Marcone.
