I used SC Appliance 2 years ago and had such incredibly wonderful service that I promised myself I would make the effort to write a review for them. Sorry Im just getting to this now, 2 years later. Firstly, I purchased a fridge with an ice machine, a stove, a washer and a dryer all at the same time for a new home I was moving into. I paid for all of them the same price I wouldve paid for one appliance new. Great deal! Secondly, before I made my final purchase, the nice lady there sent me text message pics of other options she had for me after I had already left the store. Point being, she was trying to help me even when I wasnt there in person shopping. And thirdly, the delivery service was super duper! These guys were so fast, clean, and insured everything was working properly before they left. And like I said, 2 years later, Im still using these very appliances. I havent written a public review of a place in over ten years. This place was so great that I just have to share it. Thank you, Santa Clara Appliance staff! Keep up the good work!

Terrible service and machine. Our washer and dryer hasnt worked sense we bought it. A guy came out and said nothing was wrong with it. Which is clearly false. Now the business is ignoring my phone calls, messages etc. Dont go here! We wanted to support a small local business but this place doesnt care about anything but robbing people and making a quick buck off the backs of hard working people. Spend your money at Sears. At least they will honor the warranty.
