Went there today (day after Black Friday) to pick us some supplies. Also wanted to use their postal counter to send a small package. Waited in line for 60 min with just 3 persons ahead of me. The most shocking aspect was when their unconcerned counter clerk Chris, generously offered the customer ahead, a Chinese lady, to take control of his terminal ostensibly to enter her address in China. In the process he walked around for at least 5 minutes while she, if she wanted, could likely access all data on his computer perhaps even credit card info. I brought it to the attention of a bespectacled guy claiming he was the store manager and also called their so-called customer service number. Neither was even remotely concerned. I walked out/hung up. Then they wonder why you think it is a waste of time entering Staples and why customer info gets hacked.

Spent 20 minutes trying to find help with a price on some furniture. Nobody around. I finally took a photo of the SKU and waited in line at the cashier. Then I noticed a man behind the counter and asked him if he could check the SKU for me. Alas he was busy doing a fed ex order. It was 6 pm. I gave up and left. This is why Staples and other brick and mortar stores are struggling. No staff. The staff they do have isnt helpful. Im done. Amazon, Im sorry I cheated on you.

Very Bad experience. Staff is not helpful. I purchased one product and not picked up from Fremont store, After more than 10 followups with staff and Manager, they are still analyzing the issue since 3 months and telling me that they will returned the amount. But amount is not returned to me.

The customer service is a lot nicer here than the other locations Ive been to. The products arent as diverse as say...the foster city location, but its closer to home and just as clean and stocked for what they have.

Clean store. Cannot find help on the floor. Not well organized. Prices are high. They will match on line prices for exactly the same item. I only go if I cant wait for Amazon.
