I usually come here during the day, and the service is usually great. In fact thats the only reason why its not being rated a one star. My last experience here was around 8:20pm. I took into consideration that the store said it closes at 9pm. I asked right off the bat if I could print something off an email. The cashier that "helped" me asked me multiple time if I had a flash drive (to which I told her three times that no I didnt). Then after ten minutes of her talking over her headset and fiddling around with the computer, she finally told me that she cant operate her printer for the rest of the night. She then told me with a smirk that, "I need to come earlier in the day" and told me that Fedex was down the road and I can go there. No apology, or good attitude... Worst customer service I have ever received there!

Keeps up with the standard Office Depot standards of very friendly and pretty knowledgeable staff, over-priced goods, and a little smaller selection of products. They will price-match with the most well-known online stores, which makes them a good place to go to when you need a product right now for your home or business.

I needed a stapler, staples, and a pair of scissors. Then the stapler broke as soon as I took it out of the packaging. So I drove back, presented the faulty merchandise and receipt - got another stapler with no additional hassle. Im glad the staff didnt give me a hard time! Much appreciated.

Lack of employees to help. When I asked for a specific device they asked me for the SKU number, since I didnt have the SKU, the guy at the counter just handed me a large phone book sized catalog to find it for him instead of showing any willingness to help.

Went in to have a digital copy made of a 24 X 36 hard copy and ask for it to be emailed to me. But the lady at the counter inform me that corporate had decided they can no longer email me my copies. I guess that ends our relationship had Office Depot.
