Best customer service experience ever. Im not super tech savvy ( that looks like sawy but its not it sav- vy- so take a chill pill grammar police), I know weird right? Being in Silicon Valley and all. But, these guys walked me through the products, how to use them with my car and blue tooth, and even taught me a little bit about my car in process. I want to make sure corporate sees this so I will contact them as well. A+, I will be back again and again. Fyi, these were for audio and car products, not cell phones (in response to cell phone reviews below)

I give store 5 stars for being a good place to buy those certain electronic items you might need and being one of the last actually open stores. As it turns out this store will be closing soon forever as yet another victim of the Internet. Sorry to see it go.

The people working here have always been good with trying to help. Their selection of some components can be a little bit limited but otherwise its worth checking there when I need something. Note: This location is getting ready to permanently close.

Great customer service. Im also able to find exactly what I need even though I wasnt able to find it at another store that is 20 times bigger.(Frys). I now go to this RadioShack first then try the other place.

I love RadioShack because they have excellent prices on cell phones. They do instant in store rebates on phones instead of making me mail in my rebate. Also, the staff is very nice and was quite the help.
