Ive had a mailbox here for 5 years and the service has always been great. Even though I have a pretty good idea of when a package has arrived they still call me every time and even let me know when my voicemail is full. I shop online quite a bit so Im in the store fairly often and have never seen an example of poor or rude customer service as described in those suspiciously robotic negative reviews. I saw another regular customer being allowed to pay next time when they didnt have exact change on them. That illustrates a good relationship with customers, at least the regular ones. One con is that UPS sometimes has trouble finding the store. Yes, its mind boggling but Ive had delivery exceptions claiming an invalid street address on 3 occasions which I had to resolve by calling the local depot and telling them about the store. I even had them call me back one time asking what kind of store is at that address. IT"S A UPS STORE!!! Edit: Had my first negative experience today, a $10 late fee. Theyve been inconsistent about notifying me in the past so the renewal dates kind of floated. This time around, no notice and a late fee. Revised from 5 to 4 stars.

I have been to this store on several different occasions and each time I have been met with hostile, unfriendly staff and a policies which require a charge for everything - down to $1 for a strip of tape. I cannot stress enough - save yourself a frustrating experience and just go further down the road to the next UPS store.

This is the best UPS STORE i have visted. One of the owners, Sukhbir Singh is very sweet natured guy, very nce and loving person. The other owner, Lily Singh, is a so very nice and she is very experienced and professional at her job.

The manager are rude .. threaten to return my package if I dont pay his $5 fee. Such a b.s. what kind of customer service is that. Could of it in a professional manner. . I will never deliver my package here.. I hate u guys.

I always get great service there..especially the young woman with the braids that works there. She greets me kindly as I enter and leave. And she/they have been very helpful with my print jobs and projects.

They are usually plenty of people working there, so the line moves quickly. If you already have the postage, you can just drop it off.

Was told the notary was out for 15 minutes to get a key made. Waited 30 minutes and still waiting. Bad customer service
