So as I start this review I have to say I am glad to have made the decision to leave AT&T. If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to this store today to collect my final bill. Mind you a supervisor had stated that I could do this, after spending a few hours on the phone with the company. Andrew was the one to help my husband. He stated that he could not help us (under normal cercumstance you would become a bit irritated, especially after being told you could). My husband did become frustrated and huffed a bit (anyone would, and take into concideration my husband is one of the most laid back men you would ever meet, not me however). Andrew then stated "you can dance around all youd like, but thats not going to change anything" not once but twice. So needless to say my husband is again on the phone with the company and this time with understanding supervisor. He is doing everything he can to help us out. He had told us that we can pick or bill up this coming Monday. Hope hes right. So if you have a problem and need to go to this store, stay away from Andrew. Hes very inconsiderate, especially for someone who works in customer service.

My phone stopped working for a reason that is not because of me. I went to this branch and I they asked me to wait for 90 minutes to be served. After 90 minutes of waiting I was asked what my problem is, I replied that my phone is not working, he replied "sorry but we dont fix phones!!". They asked me to wait for 90 minutes to be told in less than 1 minute that I cannot be served! I asked for the manager, his name was Kent Wong and he said sorry but we dont fix phones. I asked why you didnt tell me this 90 minutes ago?!! He said were sorry. I told him your apology does not return back the 90 minutes that your staff has wasted from my life. If AT&T cannot provide training to its staff, they should at least hire managers who are capable of dealing with customers.

After our daughters iPhone was stolen I spent an hour on the phone with AT&T, talking with two wonderful customer representatives who worked out everything, including credits to our account, to get us a replacement phone. They worked out everything and told me that I would have to go in to a local store to get the phone and have it set up. They said that they would put all their notes into my account so that the store representative could see what had been arranged. At this store, the representative, Andrew, couldnt do anything but try to sell me a new phone a full list price ($600) and work in one upselling gimmick after another (want a case?, want 3GS?-- its much faster, etc.). It felt like going through Soviet passport control. They just lost a customer.

I called the store to find out if att accepts other carriers phone. The lady I was talking to was very rude. She first told me that I have a past due balance that I have to pay. I was confused because I told her that I just made a payment couple days ago. However, she didnt even say anything like "OK. I apologize for the inconvenience but It looks like we still have the past due balance. Let me go ahead and see if I can do something for you." She only wanted me to pay second time. So I just hanged up politely and used online chat service. They solved my case within minutes. Again, Im not saying that all of them are like that. There are majority of great people working there. I guess I just wasnt lucky.

I usually drive to the AT&T store close to my house in Roseville, but, I needed a new phone and while out running errands on the other side of town I stopped in to this location. Im SOOOO glad I did!!! I was greated by a friendly staff, willing to help. Tanya informed that I was available for an upgrade so I checked out the selection, hassle free. Once I found the phone I wanted she helped me upgrade my account to get the most out of all the new features on the phone, with a reasonable monthly payment! Thank you so much to the friendly staff out on Sunrise, I love my new phone! I will recommend my fellow AT&T users to come see you for a wonderful experence! Jessy :)

I LOVE MY NEW PHONE AND THE HELP I RECEIVED! I went in to look at phones and had limited info about all the new technology so I was going to need some help and patience. the place was busy, but staffed well so I didnt have to wait. I worked w Scott A who did an amazing job of talking me through the differences, showing me features on the phone I selected and he even helped connect the blue tooth w my car! all in all, I spent a couple of hours with Scott and feel I walked out w the product best for my life style and, knowing how to use it too!

I just went to the AT&T store on Sunrise Blvd, and the woman who helped me sucked at her job. She lied to me telling me that I was required to have insurance because Im leasing the phone. I straight up told her to her face that she was lying. She recanted... Second, she asked me what internet provider I had. I told her I had Comcast because I didnt want U-verses slow DSL. She proceeded to argue with me that U-verse isnt DSL. That sealed the deal. I walked out. Btw, go on ahead and Google "is U-verse DSL?" Ill wait...

I went to this store to upgrade my iphone to the 3GS, I spoke to a guy named Matt. He said that I would need my tax-id number in order to upgrade but when i called before i came. They never said i would need my tax-id. So i drove 30 min for NO REASON. Then i called 611 on my iphone got the customer service. and explained what happen they said that Matt should of just asked for my CA ID and S.S. number. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TREATED CRAP!!!

I was just going to buy a new tablet and they told me they had a "one day deal" that their DirecTV is half off. I took the bait from their constant nagging and ended up still paying the full amount at the end of the month. I have cancelled the policy, and wont go there anymore. Please dont take their word for anything they say, better to check for yourself wether something is too good to be true.

Outstanding customer service. The sales reps seemed educated and have great people skills! I recommend AT&T company stores. They seem to hire individuals who have what it takes and thats how it should be. I do not recommend going to the AT&T authorized retailers stores because they dont seem to have the same customer service standards.

We spent about 15 minutes in line. Customer representative got rid of us in 1 minute. Whatever she told us to do, did not work. Tried on next day, same line, different service guy, same result. We went to the Roseville store. 5 minutes, all done. Never ever will go the Sunrise place again.
