Horrid experience. They couldnt care less that you are even in their store. In fact, they ignore you hoping you will leave. They act as if they are doing you a favor by even speaking to you. They also purposefully deceive you, change your account without your permission, and dont stand behind what they tell you. If you get a quote, be sure everything they tell you is in writing. If you have a service issue on a phone, be careful! They left out parts on two different phones. On another, it was working fine when I brought it in, just needed to switch info to another phone, and then the phone wouldnt recognize a sim card when they were finished. Have had to go back in 3 times, and all still doesnt work. They told me theyd handle something & call me back. I never heard back. When I called them again to see if they had done it, they told me they asked everyone & no one even heard of me! So, I go BACK into the store & sitting at the tech desk is a big piece of paper with my name & phone #s on it! When I told them, they didnt even apologize .. just said "what do you want?" Ive been a Sprint customer for over 8 years. They have no concept of the term "service" or "valued customer". Go any place but Sprint.

My first time here I asked for a little information on the wireless internet. Prices, Quality, which is better, etc... the sales rep asked me what I wanted to know specifically then proceeded to tell me they didnt really know anything. We left. This time I thought went well because I had gotten my upgrade to an iphone for $50 and a free phone box that was only going to make my bill go up $10. Too good to be true. Yes it was. Bill went from $160 to $210. WOW! On top of that I get a discount through my job and the employee told me to come back in the store with check stub to verify I work there still. I did. My discount still dropped off and they havent been able to add it back since March! I also was informed that I need to speak to that exact person that sold me this stuff in order to get the bill figured out. I couldnt return the phone box unless the guy really did lie to me... I havent seen him back at this place. But who has time to chase down a sales rep. Anyways I would try to avoid this place, the employees are incompetent. They have no idea what they are talking about ever. Sprint is cool as long as you stick to the basics. Adding things adds up.

My phone broke, not their problem, I get that. But theyve had it for over 2 weeks and never have they called to update me on the situation. I have called and tried to get it taken care of, or at least understand what is taking so long, and they just try and get me off the phone as quickly as possible. This store is about an hour away from where I live but its the only store I was allowed to drop my phone off at. If I could give them zero stars I would. This experience has made me start working towards how to leave Sprint entirely. Called the 888 # and had similar experience, there was no way to help me, I turned my broken phone in to the wrong folks for something, I dont even know. And mind you, my phone had no scratches, had not been dropped and no water water damage. I have broken my phone previously (ran over in a driveway haha) and got a new phone within 2 days. I dont know why this is so much more difficult to get taken care of.

I went in to the sprint store to pay my bill, because I lost my card. I needed change because the machine didnt give change. I ask the caucasian male with the pony tail to give me change, he said we dont give change and you can go to safeways. Horrible customer service. Anyways went back to my car to see if I had change. I didnt have the change. I went back in to sprint and was greeted by a really nice guys. He asked how my day was goung. I said good but it would be nice to have change for this $20. He said I can take care of that for you. He is the reason I gave 3 stars, if it wasnt for the first guy, it would have been 5 stars.

After over 5 years with Sprint, this visit to the Citrus Heights CA. location will now have us looking into other options. I got to experienced the most shocking customer service from a MANAGER of a major company like Sprint. I confirmed his actions after reading some reviews on YELP. Hes an embarrassment to this company and co-workers because I know company standards and expectations are much higher than that. Ive visited other locations and always felt like a valued customer. It could be either lack of training, or just there for a pay check because he obviously dont CARE when company loses revenue.

Ive been visiting this store occasionally for years. I must say that MOST of my experiences have been less than satisfactory. My last experience was decent. The associate was helpful and attentive. I think part of my problem with this store is that historically theyve had bad customer reps. Another part of it is that I dont usually need to visit unless theres already problem. Lastly, I question the willingness of the company itself to provide excellent service in ALL aspects of its business. Seriously considering changing carriers after 17 years with Sprint.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I came because my phone having problems they first told me oh there will b an hour wait and then said oh two hour wait and someone comes along adds a 3 hour wait!!!!! And they dont even know what the hell they are even talking about I then decided n I told them that I want to return my phone and they couldnt give me a answer either instead there are 6 reps standing around doing nothing and only two people working how bloody ridiculous!!!!! THIS SPRINT STORE NEEDS TO GET SOME GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!

Worst customer service ever. I have been with sprint for nearly 10 years,and this store and sprint cared less. Dropped sprint and moved on to better service with another provider. DO NOT go to this store if you have any phone issues. They refused to help me, and I paid extra monthly for so called insurance. Useless. Moreover, the phone issue is an Apple defect specific to the 5C. I feel like an idiot for giving sprint my money for so many years.

I came here with a broken phone, and left with an upgrade and an sdcard. A guy with swoopy hair and a smug face greeted me and answered my questions - he lead me over to the technician Memo (another tech was there - his name was Brody I think), BUT was really to the point. He told me I needed to get a new phone. Afterwards I left with a big ass speaker and a new phone. These guys kick ass.

Very long wait for help.. Two young girls came in went to counter the clerk left the customer he was with went to the girls talked with the them for 5 minutes then went back to the original customer .. skipped right over me. I had been waiting for 20 minutes. Hello! Also if the waits that long. Please provide seating by each counter.
