I am a frequent shopper at this particular Safeway and almost always have a perfect experience. I have been shopping there because it is right across the street from my house, and the convenience of it being 24hrs. Most cashiers know me and my fiancé, and know what we like..they always give 100% customer service. YESTERDAY my fiancé went to get ingredients for a new recipe we were trying out and he asked a cashier to hold his cart. He goes outside to make sure he got everything on his checklist (called me), came back inside because they sounded off the alarm accusing him of stealing. one of the baggers was talking about him when he walked in saying he was really stealing not buying anything. HE PAID AND LEFT. WE USUALLY SHOP HERE EVERY DAY. I UNDERSTAND THEFT IS VERY HIGH BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS! SINCERALLY A FORMER SAFEWAY SHOPPER.

Worst customers service that Ive ever received. They couldnt express their irritation with customers any more clearly. The "bagger" was just leaning over the end of the counter, and rolling his eyes and being clear about his irritation that our presence interrupted their conversation (if they had self checkouts, then I definitely wouldnt have gone to that checkout isle.) I have never felt so uncomfortable anywhere, ever. I will definitely not be going back to this location. And they really shouldnt be scheduling only teenagers together at night. The store itself was nice, but the young checker girl should really get fired for being so hostile, rude and unpleasant.

The only thing good about this Safeway is its proximity to my house since there is no other grocery outlet serving the W Blue Oaks community. Very pricy. Good for emergency shopping only. Otherwise, please drive a few miles to Walmart or WinCo. Cant bash them for everything. They have a gas station with reasonable prices. Shopping at the store earns you points that you can use towards gas discounts. They have a nice bakery section with amazing bagels freshly made everyday. My goto place for CA lottery!

I appreciate that this Safeway is close to my house and has a fuel station as well. With my Safeway card and using my debit card, I am able to get some of the cheapest fuel around. As I do the majority of my grocery shopping at Safeway, for every $100 I spend in groceries, I get $0.10 off per gallon on the next fill-up. Not only do they have gasoline, but also cheap diesel fuel. I have a diesel pickup truck, so its 0.25 mile distance from my house is pretty nice.

The customer service was amazing! Everyone was super friendly for being midnight. However, when I got home, the lunch meat I had purchased had expired the day before and the romaine lettuce I purchased has an awful dirt taste even though I have washed it for times. Im usually not one to check dates but I definitely will for now on, considering I live an hour away from this Safeway.

Creepy cashier took 15 minutes bagging my 4 items so he could chat me up, and then held my groceries hostage until I answered if I would hang out with him sometime, to which I politely declined. It was late; I just wanted to get my groceries and go home. If Id have known I wouldve been subjected to such an uncomfortable experience, I wouldnt have gone at all.

This is the closest Safeway but it has an occasional stock problem. Todays example is no single A battery ( individual or packaged set). Battery storage is locked and staff tried several times to find the specific battery needed, even going to the back storage area). Staff was helpful but unable to provide the product.

Lines can get pretty long during rush hours and I never see more than 2 or 3 checkouts open. A self checkout would solve half the wait because lots of people are just grabbing one or two last minute items...Raleys is often the place to go to avoid the lines, similar stock

Long lines. Not friendly customer service. Not professional. Lower standard of food. Not a good produce or meat dept. Will shop at Raleys from now on.

Consistently overcharge on items. Long term and ongoing issue. Closely check your receipt! This location should be investigated.

Slower paced than most stores. If you want in and out quickly, this will not get you there. Its still a clean Safeway.
