The manager and store owner Nicole H. Are very rude and discriminates against people. . I went there and had a very bad experience. But the cashier tht help me was nice. They have sign tht are wrong and will not honor there prices. I asked Nicole for the corporate number and she gave me a # tht was disconnected. . And I asked for a working # but she just keep walking and didnt get me a good #. Good thing there is a thing called internet where we can find any and everything. . I will not go to her store again as along as she is there. And the other manager tht was on duty with her was rude too. I felt discriminated for being Mexican. Yes I am Mexican and very proud to be. But I can read English and knw wht the sign said... I think people shouldnt shop there.

I used to shop at the store 4 to 5 times a week, unfortunately they have changed owners. And therefore New Management has taken over the everyday operations, what was once a very organized and clean store. Now, has turned into a disaster. Most notably the cosmetics and Beauty section, used to be well-organized and very well-stocked, not the case now. It is a mess. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with the management at the store since the change in ownership. The managers in particular are extraordinarily rude if you are needing to get a refund on a bad product. The new owners, essentially "cleaned house," and have hired, discourteous and rude staff. Theyre not versed in any manner about the products in which they sell.

The store was well put together however it did not seem that the employees were too enthused to help anyone one employee handed another customer a cart but ignored me while I was trying to ask him a question I walked in a little more and found an employee stocking shelves instead of greeting me she continued to stock the shelves and when the manager came over to let her know that she could go on her break the manager also turned around and ignored me I had to stop her to ask her she did not say hello or ask me if there was any way that she could help me they seem like nice people however customer service could be better

This store has misleading prices. If you ask them to adjust your price to match the sign they wnt. The cashiers that work at this location are rude and will cuss you out of you ask for a refund. Even the owners will not hold the employees responsible for the extremely bad customer service they provide. Maybe because the owners also have terrible customer service. I will Never shop at this locations or any others locations ever again.

Great place to visit especially this particular store. They are friendly and clean. The mgmt has no qualms when taking the dog in as long as they behave, no questions asked. I been to other chain stores and what a mess- and those blame it on the customers.

Rude female cashier saw me coming and slammed down her closed sign giving me dirty looks. She went over to chat with the person bagging groceries all the while glaring in my direction. If you hate your job so much, get another one.

I was disappointed our cashier tossed our chips and then asked innocently if I wanted another bag. Customer service starts before you walk into your shift and continues until the end when it becomes common courtesy.

Good store. Sometimes you have to hunt for things, but that is how the store works. Some stuff is there and not next. Got a large thing of coconut oil there for a great deal when I was there last time.
