Sprint itself is a great service that Ive been very happy with. However, this Sprint store has horrid customer service. Out of the dozen or so times Ive been there, Ive only spoken with one person who knew anything about Android beyond what one could learn from skimming a Wikipedia article. Its obvious that almost everyone in the store doesnt care about you, what you want, or anything else. They just want to sell you whatever smartphone just came out and costs the most, stuff you with as many accessories as they can (all of their accessories are horribly overpriced. A pair of Bluetooth headphones are $20 more than the same pair at Walmart, and $30 more than Amazon), and then pray to never see you again, while enjoying their commission. If you try to get some real support, they do everything in their power to shove you into calling Customer Support, or to go to another store.

Watch out.... Save time and visit some other sprint store The people working here are idiots, doesnt have knowledge about the sprint plans. They have very limited knowledge about sprint plans and they dont qualify to work in such kind of stores. My 2 mobile numbers are not working now because of these 2 idiots and I have to wait until tomorrow morning. Please

Worst company ever, they seriously up sold. Where I live there are no towers, or coverage. They knew this yet never disclosed this info now Im stuck with a crappy phone "which they wont exchange, even with insurance" and a contract with a crappy company with no 4G and cant use my phone unless Im away from my house. I should have gone to Verizon

Awful customer service.. as mentioned with these other reviews the representatives at this store only care about commission and also will always refer you to sprints customer support number when u have a problem ... these people are wack they should fire everyone and get new employees!

I tried to return a phone bought online. The store in citrus heights I have used for decades treated us like dirt. Anthany at this store did a stellar performance and treated us right. Kudos to him and that store. Shame on the citrus heights store.
