This had to be the worst experience at a cell phone "store" in my life. 3 weeks ago I was told by an employee that I would be able to upgrade my phone since my contract had been completed. I am not the main account holder so I made sure to ask while the main account holder was present whether I would be able to complete my upgrade without the main account holder present. I was told this would be no problem. Today I came to the store with the billing information, account number, security question and phone numbers of every phone on the account. I offered to provide all of the above information and was told that without the main account holder present I would be unable to do anything. I offered to call the main account holder and allow him to provide all of the above information himself to any of the employees and they argued that because of fraud policies that would not be acceptable. Mind you, that is even though he and I both possess ALL OF THE BILLING INFORMATION, ACCOUNT INFORMATION, CONFIDENTIAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION, INCLUDING SECURITY QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. I was told that the previous employee that told me I could do this was lying or that I misinterpreted this. Additionally, the manager was 5 feet away "helping" another customer yet never came over to discuss this with me in the 45 minutes I was at the store (despite there only being one other customer in the entire store). The staff (excluding the repair tech who was very polite and helpful) is extremely incompetent and untrained. In the three times Ive been to this location I have been given various "run arounds" and partial answers that require me to do most of the questioning and finding potential solutions. They blame their incompetence on "policies," but not understanding how asenine it is to refuse to open an account because the main account holder is only on the phone giving consent and account information is the real issue.

Ive been with sprint with 3 or 4 years now, and have NEVER had as bad of an experience as I did when I came to this location. I pay for insurance on my phone, and it broke. I was told if I bring in a "dummy phone" I would be able to activate it until I receive my new phone in the mail. I go in the next day with a replacement phone, and the "manager" tells me they cant do anything for me since I am not an authorized user on the account. Mind you, I am on my grandmothers account and I have all of the information for the account, they called this a "breach of security". I even offered to call my grandmother and have her consent to me activating the phone without any changes to the account, and they still refused to help me. I then asked for more information about getting on my own plan, and the options that I had for this, and the "manager" was extremely rude the entire time. I have NEVER experienced this kind of service with Sprint, and Im 100% sure I wont be coming here again

DO NOT SHOP HERE. A year ago, an associate named Joshua promised to waive the activation fee for my wifes phone but he lied. A year after, I went in and reserved 2 Iphone 6s for my kids. He made me wait 5 minutes and said that yes, he spoke with his manager and that he approved it. When Monday came(a day before Christmas), I went to pick up my phones but this guy said that somebody already had sold it. It was wrapped in a paper with my name on it but it seems that somebody thick-skinned brazenly took it and sold it to another customer. Their manager told me that they will do their best to come up with the 2 iphones and that they will call me. No call came. The people who work here are incompetent and intellectually-challenged. They are under-staffed and liars. AVOID HEADACHES AND DO NOT SHOP HERE. AVOID THIS GUY NAMED JOSHUA.

Cat is so knowledgable!! I brought my S7 Edge in over the weekend because it keeps shutting down automatically. He did some testing on it and determined It needed a factory reset. Yikes!! he was very patient while I copied and back stuff up. Two days later it is doing the same thing again!! Stopped in Sprint today and he ordered a new phone from Samsung to rectify the problem!! He had previously worked on my S5 when I had quirky things with it and magicly made it better. He is such an asset to Sprint and this location!!

Very thankful this store has the repair facility on site. Cat was able to repair my Samsung S6 Edge today under the equipment protection plan. He worked very quickly and did a complete replacement of the screen and battery, which is the equivalent of open heart surgery on these phones. He allowed me to watch the whole time and explained what he was doing along the way. An hour later I was out the door with a repaired phone and was back in business.

Ive been a Sprint customer for A LONG WHILE. This is my favorite Sprint store... mostly because of there Tech folks. Who are extremely knowledgeable about the phones... with great suggestions, and tips and tricks to leverage the most outta your phone. (See "Cat", super techy and nice.)

Waiting 45 minutes to pay a phone off. Havent been acknowledged, name list has not been updated and it appears higher priority customers (new phone purchases) are receiving service. Im literally here for something that should take 5 minutes. Extremely dissatisfied.

I have been to this store 3 times in the last month. EVERY TIME I have had Impeccable Customer Service! The techs and the reps really are there to make your experience the best it can be! I would highly recommend this store to anyone! Thanks Guys!

Cat was AWESOME today! Couldnt have been more helpful and friendly! I know people will always hate the sales side of cell sales , but the Tech Team at this store is rad! But be aware they are done with Tech at 7pm not 8pm like the sales side!
