This location used to be amazing...not too sure what happened these last 6 years Ive shopped here. Expect to wait for at least 10 minutes in the fish section to be helped...WHILE their workers AND manager stands there and passes by you, doesnt even bother to ask if you need help. This has happened multiple times now the last year. Management doesnt care about its customers and immediately goes straight to blaming their workers who are walking around and helping other customers. This is unacceptable and the manager needs to go back to training...this is also the second time Ive brought this issue up to a manager. Only reason why I gave them a three is because some of the workers there actually care about their customers, and the store is well kept up. Fire the managers, hire new people that actually care, and this store has the potential to be amazing like how it was 6 years ago.

I went to Pet Mart a few weeks ago, I was it has my brother in law who took his children dog for a shot, Im not sure if the staff were super busy but we waited easily two hours from them to call us. In that time I was walking to every aisle on the store, Im not a pet person but boy this guys have everything for any type of pets. So I guess is the pet place to go. Since I do not own any pets Im not sure if 2 hrs is the usual wait time for your dog to be seen.

You are welcomed into the store as you walk in. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. You always have someone ready to help. Ive been to several other Petsmarts (and Petco, sorry) in the area and they do not compare with the staff and availability of product in this store. Thank you staff of Petsmart, Chino Hills. Your customer service is top quality. Keep up the good work!

The Petsmart I normally take my dog to get groomed was fully booked, so I ended up at this location. I have to say, even though they werent my first choice, I would definitely bring my dog back. They did such a great job on his grooming. Thx Lauren for doing such a great job on my little guy.

Very upset with service. Brother took dogs in for their 4:30 appointment. When he made it, I herd him ask do either dogs need updates on paper work for their shots. The young lady told him no their fine. He said he thinks her name was Lettie... something like that. Wasted my time!!

Grooming was less than average. Did not cut or grind his nails as requested and gave a poor excuse. While waiting for checkout, I saw one of the groomers slap a dogs face when he would not comply. Asked to see the Manager and was told he was busy with other things.

Decent PetSmart store. Good selection, lots of employees to help and prices are better compared to the nearby Petco. If theres something I cant find at Walmart and I cant wait for it to get shipped, Petsmart is where I go.

Definitely cheaper than petco, when it comes to dog and cet food, but they do not carry all the variety as Petco does. Knowing what you can buy there and what you must go to petco for, can save you money.

They have a very good selection of animal toys and food and since they work in partnership with Banfield and grooming salons you can see puppies and kitties at all times.

Best in Class store are always my favorite when they are an option as they always have the items and options I prefer. Friendly and helpful. Typically open until 9pm!

I love this PetsMart staff is very nice and helpful. The training class is very helpful, and the groomers are nice to my puppy and kitties.
