Michelle H. is a very rude sales associate. My wife and I walked in about 10 minutes before closing. We knew exactly what we wanted - I walked straight to the fish while my wife paused briefly at a cute dog bandana. Michelle went up to my wife and said "Just so you know, we close in a few minutes," with a terrible tone. My wife came straight to me in the fish department where I was still waiting to be helped so she went back to Michelle to let her know we already know what we want, that were the ones waiting for assistance. She responded with a rude "okay" then came to assist us. She helped us get everything pretty fast except it was more about getting us out than giving us efficient customer service. When we got to the register the system crashed and she was talking to the line (3 customers) "I have to restart the system. Itll take 15 minutes to reboot... if we are lucky.... soo I dont know if you would like to wait." It sounded like she was trying to get us to abandon our purchase to leave. We all chose to stay. While she was rebooting the system she felt the need to tell us "we are technically closed so I cant easily open another register." Even though it was 2 min after closing so there is no reason that all the registers would have been cashed out and closed already. We have never felt so unwelcomed and unwanted in a store. Whats worse is that we couldnt even speak to the manager about it, because she is the manager. Its such a shame to know she is the one leading the team.
