Since Ocean (manger) left the store, it has gone down hill. No one here looks like they like their jobs. No excited greet at the door, no personal interaction and seems like no heart. I remember while I was washing my dog a worker would come talk to me about my day, my dog, and just general convo. I used to drive past the Petco near me to come here because of all the love I used to get when ocean and her team ran the store. Since she left I still came out of loyalty but after today I wont. I came to use the self wash at 745pm and they told me they dont take dogs after 730. I guess that changed. It used to be 830pm. Not only that I have a short hair dog which doesnt require a lot of clean up. I will now head to my nearest store for now on. The store was dead and no one in there. One was on her phone and the other seeing what I look like before giving me an answer. Look like they were to lazy to do work. I wish I can give no stars.

I love the place. You get brushes, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a warm water bathtub for your dogs bath. All this for $10!!! Also you can dry doggies fur coat with a high-powered blow dryer. The staff were very helpful. I even left his collar there by mistake and was called immediately and they held on to it for a few days until I could return for it.

While a couple of volunteers were working, two Sales Associates were standing around talking to each other on their phone drinking coffee and eating toast. It appeared to be slow. But still looked very unprofessional and setting bad example.

This store is less friendly than the other stores in the area. Today the sales clerk tried to tell me that the reason the sales tax went up to 9.25% is because minimum wage went up. If that was true wouldnt that be illegal?!

Not honoring there coupon that are advertisement in the flyer. Price gouging to elder citizens on items that are not need for the pet, or over pricing

Nice facility to wash your dog. You may want to bring your own products. Beware of the huskies! (Too much hair flying around and on you and your dog)
