The grooming salon is not what it was, I will definitely not be returning. First of all, although I book the appointment a week in advance, when I show up they cant find it, blaming the outdated system. The whole store was revamped a few months ago, grooming salon included..... Anyway, after making me feel as they are doing ME a favor, they decide to take my two Yorkies in. This happened twice!!!! I know I should have turned around and walked out the door the first time it happened, but I decided to give them a second chance. Anyway, last time my babies looked ok, I asked for the same for one and showed a picture of how I wanted the other one to look like. I got neither. One has a triangle face instead of a teddy bear face, there are chunks of hair missing, overall length of hair is uneven...., the other one looks ok, although nothing like the picture. I am very disappointed and I will not be returning. Well, after a talk with the manager I decided to give it one more chance and my babies look very pretty thanks to Brianna who did a wonderful job. Thank you!

I love the store at this location! I am a fish person, so I always go here for specialty things like ghost shrimp and etc. Their fish section is always well stocked and they have the best selection of fish and aquatic plants out of all the stores I have been in the Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, and Irvine. This is also much better than the pet store they have in the Tustin Market Place. This location has really rare bettas for a good price. They had both Koi and Cloud bettas which are very rare and new breeds, meanwhile I just went to a different store today and they wanted $25 bucks for a regular betta only worth $3! The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable.

thumbs down for there dog grooming facility. It was expensive,the facility was dirty, and the hair cut was sloppy. I drop my dog off at @ 9am and went to pick her up around 2pm and they were barely getting to her hair cut. Unimpressed. I will not be taking my dog back. (culver/irvine location)

Walked in for some Advantage and they have it. Its a HUUUUGE store, but with lots of empty space. Some creative merchandising could easily fix that problem. Staff helped me out right away.

So dirty and understocked you feel like youre in a store with an "Everything Must Go!" sign on the door. Gross, unorganized, and priced like its not. Go to the petsmart off of jamboree.

This Petco is still there. I just called them! They are located next to Marie Calendars. The staff is friendly and helpful, just what I would expect.
