This location blew my mind, on Irvine in North Tustin. The young girl in the grooming department was incredibly rude to my mom and me when we went to get our dogs nails cut. Not only was she full of disrespect to her elders, she walked up with a terrible attitude, not even looking up at us when she curtly asked if we were there for grooming. When I said we wanted nail trimming she wouldnt let us, stating my dog needed a rabies cert. She stated the last time I was in Petco for service was 2014! My dog has been to Petco many, many times since 2014. She refused service and was so terribly rude about it that we walked out instead of fulfilling our list which included about $125. Worth of stuff. She is the one with medium brown hair, bold eyebrows, squarish glasses and is about 20 years old. She should be talked to, reprimanded and put where she doesnt work with the public. 2 minutes from my moms and we will not return. Terrible ecperience.

Petco is hands down the best pet store there is. In huge part because of the owners and people who work there. Forget big box stores. Here, you go in a few times and the owner of the store will know your name, your pets name, what brand you by...and the thing is it is totally sincere. We became friendly with Peter (the owner) when our dog Jackson was dying. He was so helpful, and recommended so many things that helped us make her last months more peaceful and livable. When we later adopted a puppy, Gemma, and she was growing too fast, Peter ordered her special low-protein food just for our dog! When we walk by or drive by Rock, my dogs get more excited than when they see the dog park. In addition to great service and being a local small business, their prices are fantastic and they have everything you could need in that little store. Yay Petco!

Awful Customer experience. U asked a question there response was "maybe I would go with..." Pointed there finger to the desired location and then walk away from you. At check out they rang us up and didnt place our item in a bag and again took off. We had to ask if it was OK to grab a bag!.....Im going somewhere else next time.

A few of the staff seem pretty bored working there, but this store has lots of different pet supplies and for a wide range of pets themselves. Focused mainly on dog supplies though. They also have ~4 animals (cats usually) at a time looking to be adopted.

Awful grooming dog was still wet when i took it home and it was completely choppy! I could of done a better job at home for free....wasted my time

They always have what I need and then some. Toys for my cats always seem to make it into my basket. Staff is very helpful
