DEAD FISH: Bought my son a little shark aquarium set up and some fish. Turned out one was pregnant, and the fry overloaded the tank causing an ammonia spike, killing the fish. I had my doubts, but I figured Id call anyways to see if I could at least get store credit for the fish purchased. Maria the manager was amazing and assured me she would let her team know I would stop in tomorrow. Unfortunately I found the receipt had gotten wet somehow in the bag, so no store credited plants or pleco for us. But I hope Maria is recognized for the excellent customer service she provided. I have pet stores closer to me, but she won my business. As someone who worked in a pet store years ago, and still works in the customer service industry, I know some requests can seem petty. She seemed genuinely apologetic, I am EXTREMELY impressed.

It was okay other than the fact that the lady that "helped" me made me leave the bedding thats perfectly safe for hamsters only so that she can suggest guinea pig bedding. She also made me leave the HAMSTER food because apperantly "it isnt for hamsters". Also made me buy 2 cages because she claimed that the hamsters i bought would fight even though they were in the same cage already. Currently have them in the same cage and theyre doing well. So im stuck with a second cage i dont need.

This is the place I buy all my dog food and treats as well as get my two dogs groomed. They do a great job with grooming my dogs. They are always very friendly and my dogs always come out looking fantastic. The shelves always seem to be well stocked and I never have a hard time finding what I need.

The store manager likes to undermine his employees and his clients. He likes to micro manage what ever situation he sees fit to his benefit. The Employees are great people, David the store manager needs to be re-evaluated as a store manager. Due to un ethical work practices.

Worst customer ever didnt help me at all I tired buying a guinea pig and she said I couldnt buy it because I needed to buy something else in order to buy him never coming ever again I had everything bought already for him at home he was the only thing missing

Maria one of the managers is an incredible professional. Always answers our questions without rushing us-and all her recommendations have been spot on. Been customers for years and I highly recommend this PetSmart.

Although this location is very larger it is missing some section that I found in other similarly sized stores. Maybe the added benefit here being the hospital and grooming services.

If you really want to adopt a cat, its the place to go. The Kitty Devore Rescue organization has wonderful cats waiting for you to love them. Petsmart staff is very nice too!
