I usually get my pet stuff from other stores but sometimes I cant find what Im looking for so hence the reason to be here. The store is a decent size with lots of things to keep your pets fed, preoccupied and healthy. I was looking for cat scratch post in case I couldnt dig her old one out of storage and ran into a sales guy. I was going to avoid him but we ended up talking for a good 30 minutes about all kinds of things cat related and he actually had some good advice. Didnt try to sell me on anything either and also recommended a cheap vet with great reviews on Yelp. Pretty awesome. Overall, the store is well kept. Customer service is decent enough. Dont think Ill return though because big pet stores arent really my thing but its good for what it is.

This doesnt even deserve 1 star, seriously I come here to take bring my dog so he could enjoy the pet store. Walking in I dont even get a Hi from anybody all they do is just stare and look at my dog like he is a monster. Bad looks no employees asked for help didnt even say a word. It seems like they dont want to be working their. They should at least fake that they like their job. I felt tension going In their. It was so hot my dog was out of breath and thirsty. They dont even have water bowls for the dogs! Still not even a bye when we left just stares! Never again will I come back!

I love shopping at this pet store. The staff is exceptional! They all really care about your pet and it shows through how they interact with the animals, customers, and how patient they are. I went in the other day trying different harnesses for my big dog and Tommy was so patient and so helpful! I had a very unfortunate incident with the customer service at unleashed and it was just another reminder to support your local small businesses. I will never go anywhere else for my dogs needs, and neither should you!

Zero stars, Poor Customer service. I called ahead of time about use of dog wash. I drove 40 minutes from my house with two dogs only to find out I wasnt allowed to use them. They dont allow the use of dog wash on the weekends per grooming departments discretion. I am pissed and wish they wouldve let me know that before I drove out here. The Petco staff didnt seem to care about inconveniencing their customers.

This store deserves zero stars. The service is terrible, the employees are not knowledgeable in pets or their products, and the location is always understaffed. Ive never been to a bad petco location until this one. I would go somewhere else if you need anything beyond toys or a leash. They put you on hold and then hang up on you. You have to call multiple times in order to get through to a person.

This Petco is just fine. I had a coupon and I needed to get cat food so this was the place to go since I was in the area. This location was clean and pretty basic. Service was nice. It was pretty easy for me to get the food and get going. If Im in the area, I wouldnt hesitate to come here again for sure.

Its a large chain pet supply with very little personality. The people are nice enough, but it lacks the community feel of some of the mom and pop places. This location is on the smaller side, and not particularly nice.
