I stopped in with my husband to have our dogs nails trimmed. We walked in and stood for about a minute and none of the 5 people grooming animals even looked up to help us. My husband saw on the door that it said to ring the bell so we thought lets try that and we waited for 5 minutes and not one person looked up or offered to help us. I walked through the store and found 1 person and asked what we were supposed to do and she said you just need to walk in so she escorted us in and we stood for about 30 awkward seconds and finally one of the groomers looked up and said can I help you. She seemed irritated that she had to get up to help. Finally Kurt came out from the back and answered a few questions and was nice. If it werent for Kurt I would give 1 star. Everyone in the grooming department seemed like they were angry to be there. Really bad experience and probably wont be back. Its a shame because its down the street from us. Kurt thank you for helping.

Since its Summer, my cats been drinking a lot of water and using up most of my Breeze pads (which can get expensive) and theres been a bit of a odor that I couldnt detect so I needed something to find it, get the stench out and get more Breeze pads. This PetSmart is on my way home so I decided to shop for what I needed and kill some time in hopes of traffic dying down. Sales staff is really friendly here. I found what I needed and then some. Im bummed that they dont carry cat mats anymore. My girl likes to move her food dishes around all over the place and create a mess but since they dont sell as much..I got new dishes for her with rubber on the bottom and hopefully she wont make a mess with those. Thatll solve my mess problem for a bit. The store is clean and pretty big. Lots of dogs walking around everywhere. Fun, fun.

This store is very dog-centric. Great selection for dogs and cats!! Fair selection for small animals (rodents, birds, fish, reptiles ets). They sell some small animals, selection is limited. They have cat adoption, no dogs for sale. This location includes grooming, a vet, dog hotel and training. Staff is very friendly, but not always efficient. Not always clean, but he staff tries hard, despite all the dogs that shop with their humans. I have used the grooming service, the training school and the dog-sitting at this location. I am happy with all of them. I buy all of our dog food, toys and treats at this location. The staff here really love the animals, it shows.

Dont buy fish here. Like all giant pet stores, they use one giant filter for all the tanks, and seriously over stock their tanks. The fish I buy from here die at a lot higher rate than they should. The ones I have bought from local fish stores have a 100% survival rate, so it is not my water or anything I am doing. They do allow for returns of fish, but you waste time and gas so not worth it.

I desperatly needed a Fish medication Whoch all other petsmarts were out of,so I called this location and bthe closing girl agreed to save the last uint in stock to the side for me as it was almost their closing time and I wouldnt have made it to the place in time. Ariel,I believe was her name,was a super big help to me!! Thank You youre aweaome!! J.

The dog hotel is great! I used to work there and they really do care about the animals! The store has anything youd need for pet supplies. They are pretty expensive and could probably get them on Amazon for cheaper, but, its nice to be able to bring your pet with you to test out toys and leashes, etc.

Large and well organized store. Unfortunately I walked into the store hoping to purchase some new African Cichlids for my tank but the majority of their stock were very young and too small. That being said they did have a large amount of stock of other fish and every other type of pet item.

We bring our little Maltese; Samy here once a week. He seems too enjoy walking around the store and meeting everyone. Each week we shop for different items, great selection and knowledgable employees. Samys choice for five stars.

Nice PetSmart with excellent service. I purchased a fountain here, which ended up leaking, but I no longer had the receipt and had unfortunately thrown the box away. Without any trouble they took it back and gave me a full refund.

Kind staff and a great selection of products. Often seems a bit overpriced but the quality seems good enough. Staying open until 9pm has definitely saved me before, so I appreciate that.

The PetSmart in the district has a larger supply of pet food. This one stopped carrying the prescription food my cat eats. They have a good Banfield vet though.
