I needed a track ball for my blackberry so I called world wide communication and they gave a price of $20.00. Once I was at the store they gave a price of $59.00. I needed the track ball so I decided to go for it until they told me I needed to leave the phone for 2 days. That is when I had enough I said no way! I asked why did I need to leave the phone for that long so a simple 1 minute procedure. They told me they needed to open my phone and inspect it. So I told them to forget it and left. I went to the Verizon wireless store and they gave me a blackberry track ball for free and it only took 10 seconds to install the track ball. This will be that last time I deal with World Wide communication. I don’t recommend this store at all. Dont bother doing business with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was referred here by a guy from Frys Electronics when I went in there to get a very old model blackberry battery, and they didnt have it. I needed one ASAP and didnt want to have to wait for one to be shipped to me. They had the exact battery that I needed AND the charger for it. The also sell ol style ear pieces and can hook up. Pretty good service, but only one guy working there, so a little slow. I felt I was charged a reasonable price (about 38.00) considering that its a hard to find item.

This place is the most horrible his phone shop that I have ever been to the owner and employees are all liars and they will try to review off and take your money for no reason the guy is telling everybody that there is activation and Sim card fees when there is no activation fees and the Sim cards are free he is playing people I suggest that you do not ever go

Very shady business tactics. Never telling you the whole truth. DO NOT WASTE your time and more importantly your money because you will never get it back from this place. I doubt this place will stick around for business if they keep treating their customers the way everybody else whos reviewed them as been treated.

They charge exorbitant prices. $50 to fix my Blackberry track ball!! What a rip. Another store I went to did it for $15. What they tell you over the phone is usually different from what you pay. They will end up telling you more things are broken then actually are. Consumer beware.

Im sorry guys but you ruin my phone. Fixed one but broke two the screen and the return button dont work now. $75 dollars I payed made my problem worse!
