Absolutely the worst people to repair a cellphone. I took in a fairly new unit that had a cracked screen. I also had the new screen that I had purchased off Ebay. Id called days before I got the part and received a quote of 75 bucks for them to swap the screen sense they would not be providing the parts. I walk in the evergreen store with my phone and the screen and the guy behind the counter quotes me a price of $150 bu to swap the screen. When I tell him Ive got a quote from them for $75 he states that no one in either location would quote that low and that shop time is 60 bucks an hour and it would take 2 hours time to swap the screen. I walk out with out saying a word and goto their other location on Main and walk in. The guy behind the counter looks at my phone, then the new screen and says "This screen wont even fit this phone." Its a dead match the only thing it didnt have is the Verizon logo. I tell him hes got to be kidding and have him check the part numbers. He discovers that they are a match and then refuses to perform the repairs because "its not a verizon branded part". I spend the better part of 5 minutes stating it does not have to be a verizon part to be placed on a verizon phone and that the other store had no issues with putting it on and quoted me a price. He calls the other store, talks for a few moments then tells me "200 bucks to swap the screen". I pick up my phone, my spare screen and leave. I went to another local cell repair service and had it done for 50 dollars. I will NEVER go into either location again nor will I tell friends to go there.

Worst place you could ever go to fix, buy, or sell a phone. I took my iphone 6 in for a quote a few months back and he offered me some ridiculous price like 75 dollars because my phone was "Bent" i then asked the man if he had a level so we could prove that the phone wasnt bent. He said no and refused to believe my phone wasnt bent. He told me its from sitting on my phone. Well i never once put my phone in my back pocket with the otterbox it was to big. These guys will pull any card to scam someone, i know tons of friends who have been ripped off or came close because of CPR. Your best bet is to avoid these people at all cost. Theyre favorite time of customers are oblivious ones who have no idea about cell phones. Once they have you in their site its over.

Terrible company, I took it in to get fixed they replaced it with a low quality mod and the corner of my phone was peeled up, brought it in to tell them and it turns out my phone is bent, they recommend a case that will hold the screen on better so I got an otter case. I put the phone in my pocket drove home and the screen was shattered. The case had cracked my screen by pulling on it when I brought it in now almost paying 200 dollars with the case he blamed it on me and said I probably dropped it and broke it and refused to fix it.... bad company dont see them making it far.

I recently broke my iphone to the point where the guys at AT&T said theyd never seen anything like it, and I figured I would have to buy a new phone. But when I took it to Kalispell Cell Phone repair they had it fixed within two hours and up and running! Both times Ive had to come in here, theyve been enormously helpful! Hopefully I wont have to be back anytime soon, but if I have another phone mishap than I know where to go!

I really had a great experience here. The turnaround was quite quick and they did a great job replacing my screen and digitizer on my Samsung Galaxy S4 from Sprint! I am an out of towner and felt welcomed and cared for. They were able to repair my phone for a price significantly less than what an in-town competitor was trying to charge me for the part alone. Thiefs, crooks, DO NOT use this company for any of your repairs. Bogus repair costs and cheap China parts ordered. BUY YOUR PART ON EBAY then ask how much to install....... BAD REPAIR SHOP BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD

Called for a quote to have my ipod repaired an before they even knew what it needed tells me it would cost $150.. the part I needed is a $10 part Ive researched it. An Batteries Plus fixed it for $70
