Horrible Service. Took my HTC One there to have a cracked screen replaced. they made a quote over the phone and it turned out to be $30 more when I got there. Had to bring it back twice because after they fixed it the screen kept coming out of the phone. The 3rd time back they said they needed to order a different screen. When I picked it up this time the speaker grill was dented and scratched. When I got out to my car and tried to use it there was no sim card in it. Went back in and they had forgot to put the sim card back in it when they were done. They didnt even acknowledge they dented and scratched the speaker grill., I didnt say anything because at this point I was just done with them. I cant ever remember having this poor of service anywhere. it was a cheaper price than anywhere else and I guess there is a reason for that. I submitted a review of my terrible service on there website and of course they never posted it. I never write reviews but felt compelled to share this bad business practice.

ZERO stars really. This place was awful. Their website says its $199 to fix a Note 3 LCD. When my husband called AND checked it in he told them it was an AT&T phone. Nearly a half an hour later were at the mall and receive a call from them telling me that he claimed it was Verizon and said it would be another $40 before tax. Then when we went to go pick it up they said they were going to use a used phone LCD and that it would be another $20 to fix my volume button. I wound up taking my phone to My Broken Phone off SE Chkalov. They quoted the right price ($250 before tax) for a brand new Samsung AMOLED screen -straight from the company- that did not void my warranty! I returned a few hours later to give them extra time. My bezel came out with factory plastic (proving its the brand new LCD) and my volume button was replaced!! :) Zero stars for PhoneStop but one MILLION for My Broken Phone.

I cracked the screen on my iphone and took it here from recommendation. My iphone was working fine with the cracked screen but obviously it needed to be fixed. They replaced the screen and I took it out of the store and 10 minutes later the touch screen stopped working. I took it back and they put a new screen on it and again 3 hours later the screen stopped working again. They ended up telling me it was the mother board but I did not believe them so they put the original cracked screen back on and only gave me a partial refund. The crack screen worked after they put it on so obviously it was not the mother board. I ended up going down the street to fixoid and they fixed it and put a good OEM screen on it not a cheap terrible screen and I have not had a problem sense. I would not recommend this place terrible service and liars.

My daughters HTC One M7 was dying on and off and finally went completely dead, I thought it was a loss but we may as well take it to Phonestop and see if it was fixable. We paid a small diagnostic fee (which is applied to the cost of service) and within a few hours they had fixed the problem (charger port) and replaced the cracked camera lens! I was really impressed with their service, they kept me informed the whole time about what to expect. They saved me some money by being able to reattach the back and time because they happened to have the charger port on hand. The cost was way more reasonable than I could have even imagined (under $75) I decided to have them order a lens for my phone as well. No more blurry pictures! Yay! Thank you Phonestop!!

My daughter dropped her iPhone 6 in a lake. For several months we tried home remedies--rice, silica packets, slow baking--with nothing but a continuously flashing screen to show for it. After looking around on the internet I brought it to PhoneStop. A couple of hours later we were back in business. Not cheap (the repair itself--it was no more than anywhere else would have been) but definitely less than a new phone. Reasonably friendly, quicker than I expected, and seemed fair and honest. Would definitely recommend.

Why is everybody hating? I like this place. They fix your phone and make it look like new, they dont overcharge and the service is fast. Everyone else in Vancouver charges upwards $100 while this place is around $79. The service was fine I dont need to have a long conversation when all I want is for my phone screen to not be cracked. You guys on here giving them 1 star are being overdramatic. Maybe your all assholes because they even through in a tempered glass screen for free.

UNFRIENDLY POOR SERVICE. called multiple times during business hours to use their 30 day warranty after fixing my phone only o be answered by a full voice mail box. Had my iPhone 6s screen repaired there and not only did it leave a line on the back of the screen, certain keys and functions no longer work. they use poorly crafted replacement parts at the cost of an arm and a leg. 0/10 would recommend. my autistic dog could fix my screen better than these guys.

My Samsung Galaxy S3 Charger port came unsoldered and I was having difficulty trying to get my charger to make connection. PhoneStop had a Craigslist Ad and a sale on changing the port for $40 in an hour (usually $50 and up)r. It only took about 35 minutes and is working great thusfar. The only downfall is that PHONESTOP does not offer any warranty on their soldering job, or they would deserve a solid 5 stars.. It was worth the drive up from Portland.

Took my phone in to have a screen replaced, which they did an ok job, however once we got it back home the selfie camera was unusable, they did something to it where it was cloudy and blurry. My wife tried to have them repair it, as it was their mistake, they wanted to charge her to fix it, as it was supposedly out of warranty, and they told her not to come back. Wished I never went there, should have known, its run by Eastern Europeans.

I broke my phone twice (I hit it with my backpack trying to get a bee and shattered the LCD screen and then dropped it accidentally on a rock and shattered all three screens) and they fixed it up very cheap and very fast both times. They were very professional and nice. They fixed my phone -- both times -- within hours and my phone worked like brand new when I got it back. Very nice people and very nice service. 10/10 would recommend.

Im not for sure whats with all the bad reviews lately. I have been bringing my phones in here and my families phones here all the time. I even recommend this place to my friends. I have never had any problems with the staff being rude. I have never had a problem with the screen being fixed and not working afterwords. And even when something stopped working after they fixed it I brought it back and they took care of the issue.

The only place in Vancouver to go for repairs!!! Fabulous customer service, affordable prices, repairs are done in a timely manner and the owners are well knowlege on cell phones. I made the mistake taking my cell phone to another company and it was a HUGE mistake. I was basically ripped off and scammed!! I took my phone to "Phone Stop" and the fixed the damage. I would recommend anyone to go for cell phone repairs!!!
