I always shop in this store...sometimes twice in a week. But yesterday was a bad experience. I was already in the cashier getting my stuff ready for checkout and suddenly I remember that I forgot something. So I told the cashier (while she is still scanning my items) that I forget to get the Charmin toilet paper. I was expecting she will say that she will include it in a scan and I will get it after paying or let somebody from the store get it for me. Because thats what they usually do even to other costco store Ive been. But thats not what happened. She just said that she dont have it. And I said, really? ( Which i dont believe her!!!). The way she said it looks like she dont want to do anything, simply because shes lazy. I went home and after few hours decided to come back because I need to do another groceries and found out they have tons of charmin toilet paper. I know from the beginning shes lying because her reaction seems like she dont want to do anything. Im so pissed that made me write this review. (This is my first time anyway). By the way, as I check my receipt, the cashiers name is STEPHANIE. I cant believe shes doing cashier thing which she dont even know how to do customer service. Shes the laziest cashier Ive encounter!!! And for your info, the line that time wasnt that busy so i dont understand why she lied or basically shes just lazy by nature.

Prices are good customer service is a joke as in bad . On two consecutive visits I got ignored then when I finally got the attention of a employees I got attitude . First at Costco tire service I went to get a battery and employees acted like they were doing me a favor buy selling me a battery . Would not even touch my old battery made me carry it around the auto center from place to place at least 5 times ,then was rude and vague rearguard warranty policy . Next visit I go to buy sunglasses. Two supposed customer service specialist in electronic dept. Wearing blue vest s ,ignored me ,were to busy on computers and cell phones and socializing with each other to help me. I asked them if I could try on glasses for fitment and they acted like I was hassling them and said no ,buy them first then try them on. I asked to see a supervisor and of course there were glasses available to try on without buying first. Employees could care less , either they are too ignorant too know better , deliberately did not have any interest in doing there job properly or just have no clue what the job description of customer service means . Instead of being treated like a Costco "member" I was treated like a animal. Once I understand is a mistake but on two consecutive visits it is unacceptable.

In May my wife lost her beloved Mother and ordered a large quantity of roses from Costco in San Diego (where we live) for her Moms funeral in Pasadena. We had many other arrangements to make too. Well, my wife forgot the flowers and only realized it as we passed Irwindale en route to Pasadena. It was late, like 830 pm, so we could not return to San Diego and unfortunately Costco Irwindale was closing and only allowing exiting customers. However, my wife tried to explain the dire situation to the employees, who called the female manager and she helped my wife get all the flowers she needed and did not charge for it. I have always liked Price Club and then Costco but I love them now. What a wonderful thing to do and my wife, who was so emotionally distraught, was now so relieved and grateful. SIX STARS

This Costco is pretty busy for the most part and it is located about 2 minutes off of the 210 freeway. If you are trying to get gas at their gas station, you will most likely be waiting for 5-6 cars ahead of you. Going on a weekend might be a hassle because parking is usually full with people driving around, waiting for shoppers to leave. Its much emptier on the weekdays. Besides this location been fairly busy, its layout is great with the food court on the OUTSIDE of the warehouse. Ive never had a bad experience with Costco, in general, nor have had any negative experiences at this particular location. Great prices and a large variety of items. Most things that people want/need to buy can be found here!

Was recommended to the pharmacy here (which you do not have to be a costco member to fill prescription at). The cost was significantly cheaper even without using my insurance (long story) but actually getting my prescription was such a pain (I had to talk to several people in the department, go back twice to get the 30 supply in full, and was on the phone with them a lot in order to facilitate this (I asked if they had the medication in stock in full before filling the prescription too). Overall, not worth it.

You must transform into Mad Max once you grab your shopping cart and enter this Costco, because all the rules of etiquette and safe cart steering go out the window in here. Expect major sig-alerts and traffic wherever theres a sample station. A favorite past time here seems to be blocking all access to the freezer aisles while people line-up to taste free stuff. Google Maps should navigate inside this store. The staff is great though.

Costco has a lot of great features, gas, prescription, optometrist, food court, and foods. What makes this Costco great is that not only do they have the usually amenities but they are clean, friendly, and have easy parking. This store is a large store but the the establishment usually has plenty of checkers to keep things moving. The products are alway top quality so you can get you regular favorites as well as your seasonal finds.

I love Costco gasoline, it has kept my awesome 2001 truck running and performing like a champ with minimal normal replacement of aged parts and oil changes. I am a Whole Food consumer that translate in to a very picky buyer always looking for for the healthier products, thanks to Costco I am able to save a lot of money in ORGANIC products WILD CAUGHT FISH. Thank you for rotisserie chicken with out hormones.

Drove to the Azusa Costco this morning with a list of nine (9) items that I needed. They were out of nearly 50% or didnt stock them, i.e. a box of oranges (been out of them for weeks now), Almond cookies (turns out theyre seasonal), green grapes - I looked everywhere (had plenty of red grapes), barbequed spare ribs. I left with only five (5) out of nine items I went there for, hardly worth the drive.

This place is always packed, but the parking lot is always half empty. Its so difficult to navigate, they have everything all cramped up. I absolutely hate that they are the only location within reasonable distance of me. I filed a complaint with the store about an employee and they said that they didnt have someone by the name I gave. I got the name off of a name tag for peets sake! Horrible place.
