Searched online for a lamp. Found one for 19.99, free in store pickup, went to the store, they want to charge 29.99 saying they dont price match what the online store offers. Absolute bs. False advertisement if Ive ever heard of it. Called corporate, located in the phillipines. Dude barely spoke English, said their complaint center is closed. Do not shop here, theres a reason theyre all shut down. Also, theres an abundance of gnats in here for some reason. I purchased the lamp online, showed the confirmation # to the clerk, he said Id have to wait at least two hours for the reciept to come through. My account has been debited, the lamp is in my f#$%ng hands. I cannot leave the store with the lamp even though I already paid. Ended up canceling the payment through my bank, after waiting in the store for more than 90 minutes.

Had a great experience here. Had ordered a large locker online that I needed to pickup and was frankly dreading having to do so. When I arrived I was able to find someone immediately and they in turn had two other people come to help me with loading the locker in my car. I was frankly unprepared for how big the item was, but the 2 guys helping me were really helpful and after seeing it wasnt going to fit in my car without leaving the hatch open, they offered to take it back inside while I purchased some rope to tie it down. At no point did they seem frustrated with me and they remained helpful through the whole experience as did everyone else in the store. Was happily surprised by the experience and would definitely recommend this location.

I dropped by this Kmart to check on any electronics deals and thought I was in a scene from Zombieland. The place looked like it got looted. Everything was in disarray and unorganized. I seriously couldnt believe a store was that beaten up or cared for. I would strongly recommend a new store manager or closing shop and leaving it to better businesses like Target. Poor customer service, no or very few visible price checkers, unorganized, filthy, clearance items at regular price to fool customers or marked up even (shady) --- All this on just one experience. Kmart, I think its time to close it down. Leave your land plots for more quality establishments.

I went here to purchase a folding chair, but Kmart refused to sell it to me. For your amusement, I provide the following rough transcript of how the conversation went: Cashier: Do you want a one year warranty or a two-year warranty? Me: I just want to pay for the chair. How much do I owe you? Cashier: Well, for the one-year warranty its.... Me: No, how much money do I owe you for just the chair? Cashier: Uhhhh, thirty-nine ninety-five. Me: That includes tax? Cashier: No. Me: How much do I owe you for the chair, total including tax? Cashier: Would you like to donate a dollar to... Me: Stop, I changed my mind. I dont want the chair.

It was great place to shop, I can say it is a more priced than other market but has nearly every thing you need.my experience was buying car for my kid I bought it with very good price than all other stores in a sale time ..I gave it 4 star because I couldnt get my kid car deleverd to my home they have realy high flat rate for shiping but the stuff was really nice and helpful.

I just left k mart in amaheim its the most disgusting store in anaheim... I really hope that store closes dowm or something and the employees are such! ASSHOLESSSSS I told the manager but she didnt give me that assurence of letting me know everything was ok Dumbasses...

This K-mart is run down and NOT very well stocked with merchandise. But I still love K-marts and enjoy shopping here. K-Mart continues to be one of my favorite places to shop, especially when I dont really have anything to shop for and am just killing time.

The usual cheap junk. Sometimes you may find good prices on mens cargo shorts and underwear. Just try to avoid the trashy, lowlife customers. Also dont expect any help from the employees. They are few and hard to find.

They dont even deserve a 1 star!!! Staff is absolutely horrific! Extremely rude, no customer service skills. Went home and tried calling to complain... The phone rang for 5 mins than someone answered and hang up!

Decent retail store that needs improvement in their hiring process. Need improvement in their isles which tend to be disorganized and unattended to. Staff is not always on task and informal towards customers.

This place does a disservice to the Kmart brand. Staff are rude and the place is filthy beyond belief. This store is being closed in mid July 2017. Sadly not a surprise for this location.
