went today to look for a pair of shoes during my lunch hour and found one for $80...while waiting in line I noticed the bottom of the price tag seems to have been torn off...after waiting 15 minutes in line I get to the cashier and I informed her of the tag...she then proceeded to call the shoe manager and I was told to wait while they look at the price....after 20 minutes of waiting I approached the cashier again to see whats the hold up...it doesnt take 20 minutes to price check in my experience....the lady said ill send a manager to come out and speak to you....another 20 minutes later another lady came out this time with the said shoes in question...she said theyre the same price but we just had to make sure the tag is right... ( yeah ok lady...they were probably reviewing their cameras to make sure I didnt damage/switch the tags ) I said to her Ive wasted my whole lunch hour here waiting is there any way you can give me a discount for my time...she said no...we dont do that ...she said if you want the shoes its $80 without even offering an apology for the wait...Ive been shopping at Nordstroms/Rack for a long time now and have never experienced anything like this....I didnt want the shoes after this experience and left....there are other businesses out there that will take my business

Ive always had a great experience here up until I had to get pants tailored for my godson. The tailor was extremely rude and had the audacity to tell my aunt and I that she understood Spanish just in case we wanted to talk behind her back. When the only Spanish dialect that was exchanged was about what color belt would best match with the pants. Ive never felt so disrespected before.

Employees are not particularly friendly or helpful at this location. I always feel as though I am bothering them if I ask for the mobil check out. I have much better service at the Huntington Beach location.. That store is also much neater and better organized.

The selection is ok but the process of paying for your purchase is always terrible. Lines regularly wrap around sections of the front of the store and service is exceedingly slow! Not my favorite location but convenient in location.

The shoe selection here is amazing and you can find incredible savings because of it. It is a huge store with lots of selections. I will admit not all the choices are amazing but expected from a discount store

Probably should be four stars for their selection and prices... I subtracted one star for the long, long line to check out and the constant mess of clothes... they need more help!

Gave them three stars. Nice staff but I took stars away because it will take two weeks to get my pants hemmed. Thats seems like a very long time. $10.
