Had a bad experience getting glasses. I have been back 7 times and they still dont fit correctly. I even went to the manager. She could not be bothered. She told me you cant do anything with the plastic frames. Very disappointing. After spending so much money.

Julie in the Suit was incredibly nice and helpful in finding me the best fitting outfit. Im very happy with my experience here at JcPenney. She was very patient with me and explained everything I needed to know.

We found very cute back to school clothes for my teen, and everything was on sale. Score! The associates were very sweet, especially Autumn. And my sons shoes came in early, exactly as ordered.
