Okay, I want to start off by saying, I love me some Walmart, I go there for my household items and maybe a lil grocery shopping and oil change. But TODAY!!! Was not a good day. Im a firm believer on some things, and that is, you get what you pay for, so with that being said. Here we go. so I called this Walmart (440 N. Euclid, Anaheim, CA from work all day.... And each time was told to hold and each time it was a 20 min wait before I decided to hang up. No one ever came to the phone. I was calling to see what time they take their last customer for an oil change, so after work I get there around 6:08pm wait in my car ( usually someone comes to your car to ask what you need) but just like the phone calls nobody walks to my car. So I try to flag down one of the mechanics and ask him, what time do you take your last customer he says 6:30pm, I said "cool, Ive been sitting in my car waiting, lol..lol..he said " were closed " I said huh, you just said at 6:30 you stop taking customers he said I know, I said ITS 6:15, he said we stop taking customers at 6:30. I said okay, feeling a Lil confused I ask him "what time do you close he said 7:00pm., he looked at me like I didnt understand, so I go and ask for manager. And they say he is on a break, lol . . lol.. Im thinking maybe thats why they couldnt answer the phone everybody is on break. To Walmart, I know you do a great service to the community you are in, I would hate for Walmart to keep getting a bad wrap and your Motto becomes: " They give you great prices, but the customer service SUCKS!!! They discount so much they included in their customer service a whole lot". There employees act as if they dont care. Maybe to better your service you should have some silent shoppers go in and give a survey or rate the service on those stores that get a lot of criticism. I have been in a lot of Walmarts and became that Customer, that says " hey they give you good prices, but the customer service Sucks!!! Ive been okay with that, but maybe its not okay. Do better Walmart, Do better.

I was in the mens Dept sizing some Dickies work pants. I already had socks to purchase in one hand and my phone in the other. My sunglasses on my head. I set my phone and the socks down so I could better look at the work pants using both hands. I took them 10 feet to the mirror, looked at the length and returned and my phone was gone. My fault for leaving it there. Not smart at all. Then I saw a male employee going through my phone so I told him it was mine. He said he had to make sure it was mine. I said ok gave him the number to MY PHONE. HE LOOKED AT ME AND PUT MY PHONE IN HIS PANTS POCKET. I asked him 1 more time to give it to me. He said no! I said call it you can see its mine. Heres the number. He said NO. I took my REVO SUNGLASSES OFF OF MY HEAD AND SAID "IF YOU DONT GIVE ME BACK MY PHONE WE ARE GOING TO FIGHT!" I PUT THE GLASSES DOWN READY TO DO BATTLE AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE CAME BY ANT TOLD HIM THE RIGHT THING TO DO. GIVE BACK MY PHONE. HE DID. ADRENILYN PUMPING, I LEFT MY $280 REVO SUNGLASSES BEHIND.....Next day I went to lost and found no glasses. I knew the employee now had my glasses so I got the manager and asked him to roll tape to see if his employee took them..HE SAID NO! FIRST I HAVE TO FILE A POLICE REPORT. I GUESS THIS IS PROCEDURE..NOT IN MY HOUSE.. IM POLITE TO MY GUESTS AND DONT STEAL FROM THEM. SO NOW I HAVE TO GO TO POLICE.. BAD JU JU AT EUCLID WALMART. ONE OF THERE EMPLOYEESIS TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH GRAND LARCENY. GOOD TIMES.

As a former Wal Mart employee, I was disappointed at what took place at this location. I was walking towards the back of the store to pick up my site to store packages. Two woman, one with a walmart apron on were talking in electronics, I looked at them and the saw me looking as I passed, I came back to them and started to walk directly towards them, the quickly did a 180 and started walking quickly towards the back, I picked up my pace and said very loud, " Can I ask you a question please? and they kept going like they didnt hear me! I know they herd me, so after that I was not interested in talking to them, I went to the electronics register and waited a few minutes while the clerk scanned each item in this guys cart to tell him how much each item was, YIKES learn to read man. Then she took me to the back and said nobody is here let me get someone, Sue came and helped me pretty quick and she was very nice and got my stuff quickly. So that is why I am still giving three stars, but those other girls need to find a new Job, that kind of behavior is ok in some places, but Wal-Mart is supposed to be known for costumer service, at least it is where im from. This place looks more like Mexico city, so maybe that is how they treat each other in Mexico. It is a big store with lots of selection, I will say that.

Terrible customer service. I came to this location because a Dash Cam I wanted said it was in stock and ready for pickup same day. I arrive and it wasnt. During my search for it i had 3 different departments help me. 1 was the friendliest in photo area. He referred me to auto dept and that girl offered mo help. When i asked her i she could lookup the item by part number she said no we probably dont have it if its not here. I asked again if she could look up the item on the walmart system and she said no. I said really? Her reply was she could only lookup items at that location. I told her that is what i was asking because I was there and the walmart site said it was in stock. It seems like this employee was trying to avoid all means necessary to not have to help. After leaving we found ourselves in the electronics area where a customer who happens to work at a different Walmart helped us find the aisle where it was supposed to be found and was not there the electronics employee said he could not help because they probably didnt have it I asked if he could look it up in his system and he said no 3 times. He finally did and again its the immediate reponse of these unfriendly employees to resist helping/working. Ridiculous experience!

if there was a 1m star emoji i would use it. first of all let me just say this walmart should change their slogan to "if u want it we got it" because lemme just say this, this walmart has everything under the sun. for instance, i came here just to grab some damn choco chip begles and then u know what they had my damn choco chip begles. walmart has a large assortment of begles ranging from cinamin to rasin to strawberrie. i really love the type of people that shop here, its like the san deigo zoo national wild park, theres eVeRYtHinG. the thing i love most bout walmart is the shiny floors i could stair at them all day with the specks of light wanting to come out of the floor to shine bright like onkar judge. thank YOU walmart. all i need is walmart, all walmart needs is me. i sure do love walmart. ;)
