Its too expensive!BUT, thats NOT the #1 reason why I HATE this place! I absolutely hate this specific target,{on Harbor blvd & Chapman}-Because the last time I went there, I was shopping for probably a little over 1hr..& I continued to the check out lane.. **PAID THE CASHIER ALL THE $$ I OWED FOR ALL OF MY ITEMS!** & then after she put all of my items into bags, I start to walk out the doors to go home..<

Just went to this location just now. Sitting in my car outside. I was looking at the teeth whitening products that were locked in cases. Two employees were standing there messing with the shelves. I said to them "are you guys going to be opening the case? Because I wanted to look at the product if thats ok". Their reply, word for word was "sorry, we dont have a key". Thats literally what they said. No joke. Im quoting their exact words. They didnt offer to go get a key, or even ask a different employee to show me the products. They basically said they couldnt help me, and that was the end of it. This is the second time Ive been treated rudely at target. Even Walmart has better customer service than this. Pathetic.

The rudest Customer Service in my life - Customer Service Manager was Rhonda who was probably never educated. Store employee showed me the WRONG calling card to buy and would not take it back. I was told to purchase a calling card that ended up being a PREPAID calling card for a cell phone in which I dont own. The least they could do was refund with a store credit but instead they shrugged their shoulders and basically said I was pretty much out of luck. The worse POS system Ive ever heard of. Apparently - no one in the store can over ride any transactions. DO NOT expect customer service if you go to this store. It would have been better if the Customer Service Manager wasnt a B!

Another day, another Target. We came here specifically to check out the baby section. My friend has an adorable 22lb baby that I just cant get enough of but believe me, between all that, it can be daunting. They all needed grocery, diapers, clothes, etc. My ovaries were screaming. Target has a great deal on baby stuff if youre a new mom or dad. This is a good size Target with lots of things in stock and plenty of parking. Stuff was easy to find, service was good, and we were in and out quickly however the clothing rack was a mess - like a tornado had hit it. That was kinda upsetting. Other than that, not a bad trip to another Target.

Work at Target was a zoner we straighten up the shelves ,unfornately as fast as we clean them people Would come behind you and mess them up. We would have to stop what we were doing to go to the Registers to help so you wouldnt have even to wait so long . Also had to stop cleaning when Parents drop their children off at the toy section and goes shopping . Target stops everything To look for a lost child. So next time you see some open a package and throw on a shelf remember A worker has to put it back again were there for only 4 hours.

The staff is actually rather nice here, the place is always clean. There always seems to be parking pretty close to the front too. This target rates a little below my average opinion of target because while it is a large location, its focus on tourists is so high that they actually have a weird selection of products that tends to focus a bit more on the people from the hotels than locals. I understand why, but as someone going in to find certain items that is see in other targets, and not finding them, this can be somewhat frustrating.
