Horrible service!! My mom purchased two pairs of shoes for my daughters birthday, one witch was defective and because she purchased it at the one in Laguna hills the manager said we couldnt return them here do to the fact that they wore defective and that was considered use!! Really thank you but this will be my last time at this store!! The managers name was Rene. She has no customer service skills.

Very bad exprirence,went their for return something bought from alhambra store ,cashier made wrong amount of money,because of deffrent city has deffrent tax,when I nicely ask her why?she says because I didint tell her.tell her what ?she made a mistake but blameing me?I didnt care the 1%,but the manager was useless too,the manager explain what the cashier meant is1%is not big money.speechless

Came here looking for mens sunglasses, and I couldnt find a single one. Ive had luck in the past, but I guess theyve changed. The store does seem a lot more organized than it used to be, so thats a plus.

We saw a luxury lawn chair that was missing the side arm compartment holder and Ted the manager quickly discounted it compared to the other ones. Great experience!

I like this store. Its smaller than some, but they always have my size. Its never crowded, parking is easy, and you can get in and out quickly. :)

Great deals on quality designer clothing. Great selection for women but limited for men. I can always find 1 or 2 gems worth the visit.
