I went to do an even exchange for this tie my Mother bought for my husband for Fathers Day - I wanted the same tie, same price, without the giant flaw that we somehow missed when she purchased it a few months ago. There is string from the lining you can see through the front. I couldnt believe they would not exchange it. I didnt have a receipt as it was purchased by my Mother, but I only wanted an even exchange for the same thing. Im honestly shocked - certainly not the Nordstrom I grew up with.

Not really my kind of place, but they do seem to have good prices on a lot of items. Didnt seem to have a lot of stuff for men though. I was able to find something that I couldnt find at the unorganized Dicks Sporting Goods right next door, & the pricing was better. Be ready for a challenging parking lot... its very busy & we had to circle awhile before finding a spot.

There always seems to be sales going on at this location. Customer service is good and not over bearing and Ive never had a problem with any of the fitting room ladies. However it is always disorganized and half the time the sizes that are posted on the rack are completely different than the clothes hanging there. The store always seems fairly busy despite everything.

While Nordstroms may be out of budget for most of us, Nordstrom rack gives you the opportunity to get some brand name clothes and items for a great price. I come here to pickup shirts for work and sometimes a pair of pants or two. Store is well organized, but most of the store items are for the ladies…well thats any clothing store, really.

My first time in this store. It was clean and had a good selection; however, I give them 5 stars because I had a medical issue while I was shopping and their staff was so kind, accommodating, and helpful!

Not the Nordstrom experience. The last 2 times I have been there it hasnt been great. The employees do not go out of their way to help you. The selection is good though

This place seems to lack the selection that the NR by South Coast has. I dont think Ive ever walked in here and actually purchased something.

The selection for men here is pretty mediocre for clothes and shoes . you re better off waiting for the Nordstrom half yearly sale
