This store is disgusting. I bought a robe and the employee failed to take off the sensor. I walked out of Nordstrom without knowing there was a sensor on it and I went into G-Star just for the sensor to go off while walking in. The most absurd part about the situation is me WALKING OUT OF NORDSTROM AND NO SENSORS GOING OFF. What is the point of putting sensors on the clothes if you can’t put sensor detectors on the main exits!? So I went back into Nordstrom with the robe that still had a sensor on it and the homosexual African American with painted nails in the female shoes department helped me and stared at my receipt for a good minute like I was a criminal to make sure I didn’t put a fake receipt in my bag along with a random item. I MEAN SERIOUSLY IF I WANTED TO STEAL SOMETHING I COULDVE EASILY WALKED OUT THE MAIN EXIT WITH $10,000 WORTH OF MERCHANDISE AND NO ALARMS WOULD HAVE WENT OFF. I will never go to this Nordstrom again even if it means I have to drive an extra 30 minutes to the one in Costa Mesa.

I dont usually leave reviews but since this is the last time Nordstrom will ever catch me in their store again I thought I would let them know why. I do not put up with any type of racism and what I witnessed was so disgusting. I was looking at some clothes and over heard a blonde lady talking to another blonde lady and how they dont waste their time with Asians since they dont spend a lot and are dirty people. They both laughed and walked the other direction. This got me really angry. I went to a different department and asked who the lady was and found out her name was Coco. I do not support any type of racism and since Nordstrom keeps her employed I will go somewhere else to spend my money.

I came into Nordstrom to purchase cosmetics and I encountered the most encouraging young man. He went out of his way to help me as he knew I was not well. My mouth gets extremely dry due to medication and I lose my ability to speak. He went next door to get me water. I will never forget this type of customer service by Chris. He did something doctors and medication cant do; he brought joy! I will be back and ask for him.

Worst Nordstom in the planet. Staff are weak, poor selection because store is so small, very very poorly managed store in regards to staffing and training and attitude. Is my neighborhood store but every once a year I am in there I am constantly reminded how bad this store sucks in every way.

Great store. The selection isnt as extensive as other Nordstroms but they are very clean and organized. Lots of space to walk around. Their bathroom is huge and luxurious. The jewelry salesperson was very helpful and assisted me with finding wedding jewelry. Love it.

I love Nordstroms where ever I am. But having dogs running around in all the stores is a real turn off. I have seen dogs lift their legs on clothing. They brush against clothing. Im not a fan, and I love dogs.

Excellent service and staff. Not too large in size. Merchandise is excellent especially shoed. Magnificent ladies shoes and purses. Cosmetic range excellent. A good meal especially the salads.

Im not the hugest fan of Fashion Island, but the Nordstroms a bit better than the average spot in the mall. If you like Nordstroms, this particular store will be perfectly adequate.
