Very pleasant experience, bought a mattress set with 2 bed spread/sheet sets and a sofa with double recliners with matching recliner chair, coffee table, end table w/ lamp and an area rug with 3 matching throw pillows. the sale girl was very helpful and courteous , she made me an offer I couldnt refuse (I waited 2 years to post to make sure I had a good buy and yes I am still very happy with my purchase).

JCP Portraits at this location, horrible! terrible customer service, very rude, no eye contact, treated our kids too rough, and would not accept our jcp coupon on top of that! they said they are two different entities...wow. same name, same receipts, same location, yet say they are separate so they dont have to honor coupons?! terrible experience here.

I brought my mom to come shopping and I became really uncomfortable with the fact that they have reduced the fitting ROOM (there is only one now) to such a small space for both men and women. I felt uncomfortable letting my mom try on clothes in the same space as several males who walked in.

Employees are extremely slow, theres (I think ) 3 registers open with two people at each and there was at least 8 waiting in line at each, yet they showed no interest in taking care of these people in a timely manner. Very displeased.
