Several times I have thought "The B.P. department customer service will get better." I have been proven that in fact it has not! I have been ignored on two occasions, and the supervisor (looks like a hobo) of that department needs to be replaced. My most recent visit there I was insulted by the supervisor, as well as another teenage cashier. I know, Nordstrom would not tolerate this type of customer service. I have never had any issues with another department. I am glad that Nordstrom offers free shipping on all their purchases, so that I can shop on-line instead. Consumers beware, or consider a different location.

For me, Nordstrom has lost its luster in the past few years, but I always find people shopping there and acting as if theyre in the O.C. Shoppers really seem to have their noses in the air and, if youre not dressed in something Nordstrom while youre shopping in Nordstrom, you might as well find the nearest exit! The one thing Nordstrom still has going for them is there warranty/service. Buy something at Nordstrom, it becomes defective somehow years later, and Nordstrom will do their best to fix the problem. Even so, spending hundreds of dollars on single pieces of clothing wont help anyone in todays recession!

Best service by far from any corporate clothing retailer in the area. This location has been here since I was so little. It is the Montclair Plaza Flag Ship!! If they would not be here, I would not shop the plaza at all. Customer service is #1 priority! I would like to also mention how friendly the womens shoe dept. I felt that they went above my expectation just to find me a pair of shoes that were sold out in stores! Nevertheless they did find my shoes but ofcourse online. All I know is that I walked out very happy!! This store is amazing and I recommend you continue to shop here!!!

Customer service was so helpful with my purchase today. I forgot to place the order in my online cart and missed a promotional sale by one day. Customer service was able to look up the promotion and offer it to me even though it was over. Thank you very much!! Nordstrom has such awesome customer service, not only today but every time I shop with them.

The store seemed small and wasnt easy to find the semi-formal dress styles I was looking for. I walked around for a bit but couldnt find what I needed and finally left. It seems thats been the case for every time Ive tried to shop there over the years. Im guessing I must not be the right audience for the place and their store layout.

Wonderful staff, always helpful with even the smallest request. The cafe is nice and a good food option in the mall. They also have a mothers lounge that is beautiful and deeply appreciated by those of us with little guys.

The customer service in the mens department that I received went above and beyond. He checked every store in the country for my size tux shirt for my wedding thats a few days away. I will be back for sure.
