I went to Ontario CA Target store after a long days rest. I was planning on buying 25 or so Rock stars as they are in the ad. They would be $1. I got thee at around 10pm on Sunday 12/23 hoping to get the rock stars and use that 10% off coupon because you let my credit card and debit cards get hacked. I get in and there is one left. So I checked the ad and it doesnt say no substitutes and doesnt say No rainchecks. They wouldnt let me buy the 4 packs of rock stars for $4 which is EXACTLY the same item. But in a box pack of 4, essentially the exact item. I asked a lady named Nadia and a tall African american gstl/gsa from the front. Both refused. I am furious because I lost the opportunity to get the product I came I to get and offered no alternatives. They just sad NO and walked away. So frustrating. I really love buying stuff at target but this is getting ridiculous. Now I am here without my product and she didnt know how to tell me if the item was available at other theatres nor would she help me locate them. Totally unprofessional. Please help me resolve this. I just want my rockstars...............

Lost prevention on steroids. Tracked down staffs to use a magic key to unlock 2 precious nail clippers at $1.97 each. Said she had to hold them at guest service until Im ready to leave. At the end of the trip I went to retrieve those precious metals; I couldnt hold them she had to bring it to the cashier in the line. I asked her to bring it to self checkout she said no... I had to leave without those precious metals because its cyber Monday the lines were long. I checked out and added one bag for $0.10. Would you believe me if I told you the staff had me removed my purse, pulled out the receipt to verify that I wasnt stealing that $0.10 bag! Target, its not that serious. Treat customers like guest or rename guest service theft checkers. No wonder there was so much clutter over there! You paid: 1 staff to locate another staff with keys 1 staff with keys to store 2 nail clippers 3 staffs to search and rescue $4 worth of product I didnt even buy. Soon youll pay those staff to restock the store because you pay the to prevent sales. Outstanding business plan.

If you need help at the cash register, they do not work with you. If you try to escalate to a supervisor, they will refuse and block you. Even an ETL-GE (Executive Team Lead--Guest Experience) does not act in the interest of the customer and has no concern for guest experience. There is no recourse at this Target when a problem comes up. The leadership overlooks misdeeds and does not respond.

Their policy stated they would not price match between November 27th - December 1st. It was Wednesday November 25th at 10am, I saw an advertised lower price on headphones on Amazon (that the target client service representative confirmed that it was a qualifying price match item) but they refused to price match it and the manager refused to come out and explain why. Very unprofessional. Nowhere was it stated why they wouldnt price match on the 26th, online or in store. The manager is not following their written in store and online policy and refuses to speak to their customers to explain the deviation. Why are they not honoring their own policy of price matching? To be clear, the customer service person was helpful, the manager is who refused to even speak with me to explain why they werent price matching outside of their price matching blackout dates.

The store was well kept when i visited the store a little past 8p. On a Saturday with the exception of one. The ladies restroom was trashed. As a soon as I walked in, I can smell the stench. If i didnt have to peeso bad i wont be there. So, I checked the biggest stall, hoping that Its clean but I was denied. Extremely at this point. Toilet paper, liners, diapers, and all sorts of stuff were scattered on the floor. Moved on to the middle stall, had to deal with the fecal smell I had to hold my breath in. I was all the more disgusted when I saw a girl, between the ages of 10-12. Watching me from the stall gap, which is about an inch wide.

I went toTarget a few hours ago and was shocked at how dirty it was. I went into the Ladies room and all the trash cans were full and overflowing. There was used feminine napkins on the floor a clogged toilet in the Handicap stall. It was discusstiñg! I also went into the Electronic Dept to look at Tablets. I looked around for someone to help me . There was a young Girl on her Cellphone who looked up at me a couple of times and didnt say anything I asked if she worked here and she said yes but never put her phone down or moved from the counter. I will go buy a Tablet somewhere else. Target has really gone downhill.

The starbucks there has the wrost service, wait in the line for over 5 min just to be greeted, there always talking amongst each other instead of doing their job. Asked for a banana nut beard and she was too busy talking she only was gonna charge me for my drink when i asked her if she had got the banana nut bread too, she gave me attitude and had the nerve to tell me i didnt ask for one when all she had to do was just add it to my order no big deal but nope, rude female workers. Only time i was given good service was by their male employees. I recommend if your in a rush or on a time crunch dont go there. Sorry.

Went to thisTarget during a time when it was not busy. One of my bags was not in cart but I didnt notice until I got home. I called the store operator center and I was put on hold for 10 minutes. Although the phone kept rolling over the line back to the customer service person during my 10 minute wait they would put me back on hold and never responded to let me know if my bag was still at register. Terrible customer service at register and terrible operator service.

This Target seems to be staffed well & keep the store clean but I find myself traveling back to the nearest Walmart. And like my closet target it is not a superstore but yet I find everything I need at Walmart. Target did remodel but just dont have enough items. Also I can pick up Red box movies at Walmart.

I am giving the store 3 stars due to lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms. I shop at this Target often and I have notice the decline. As soon as you walk in the bathrooms they smell. The walls and floors are filthy! I am sure Target makes enough money to hire some one to clean the bathrooms every hour.
