I had a nice time shopping tonight and when I walked into my car I noticed that on my receipt my cartwheel wasnt taken off some of my items. I went back to customer service and there was one girl working the area. They caught a girl stealing and it seemed like everyone was attracted to that scene and the girl that was helping me was called to go help and the guy that was placed to help me was going over and over from my cartwheel on my phone to my receipt and doing math on his phone took over 5 mins trying to do the math and kept telling me that I should take into consideration that I had already recieved a discount. And was pretty rude. I took my receipt and told him I would go to the store close to my home because this was ridiculous and he stopped me and told me I was only allowed to do the discount by tonight. I told him I would rather be treated better at my store than the way he treated me.

I bought case of 74 diaper and when i open it, one of the bags already open and missing 12 diaper. I dont even know how to complaint to the store. Because ive bought baby walker before and when i got home and open it, the part is missing and the walker is dirty, i assume somebody bought it and return it. So i went back to the store the very same day., explain to the costumer service but she has the expression tht im crazy . But as a store isnt is better to check the item before you put in the isle again? Lesson learn next time when i buy something from target i better open it there before i go home, save my time to explain and return.

For the store to offer a service such as "receipt lookup," they sure as hell couldnt look up my transaction. When we (my boyfriend and I) asked the store manager to try harder by using my debit and having loss prevention look it up on video she said We dont have the time. Really?! We spent 700 dollars on electronics and you dont have the time? They gave us a complete run around. I will never shop here again. EVER! It honestly felt like they thought we were trying to pull a scam. Now seeing that before my rating they only had 3 stars, I know to look at ratings before going to a store for quality customer service.

I went to grab popcorn and Starbucks Coffee. I messed up on my order, my fault not theres and they apologize to me for my mistake. They corrected my mistake and Erica the cashier did not charge me for my drink when I insisted on paying for both. They would not take it no matter what. I was astounded. I thought that those days were gone when people actually cared about others. I am going to go get my Starbucks Coffee at that Starbucks from now on no matter how long my drive is. Thank you Erica at Starbucks for your kindness.

Dr. Stevens was very professional and caring. She took her time examining my skin, explained all of her findings and treatments. She answered all of my questions with clarity. The staff is also professional and very knowledgeable as they assist the patients and doctors. This was my first visit and well worth the 5 stars I gave it. Due to the fact that Dr. Stevens takes time with each patient, one must be prepared to be patient while waiting for the appointment to start. Im looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks!

I am not a regular at Target. I was very disappoint in Sarah a cashier that after offering me 5% off had a change in attitude when I said, "No thank you." I was poked with the frame I purchased and the DVD my mother was going to pay for was dropped into the shopping cart! All of this while waiting for someone, anyone of the many people at the store front to produce a desk we had requested be held at the front of the store. I found it! Lesson learned, I may never go back!

If you ask an employee to "please" not pull the hanger out from the necks of shirts because you dont want to stretch the collar; I would assume that is a reasonable request. You shouldnt expect the person to act weird with you n short right after, them cram all of your door and clothing in 1 bag. Keep in mind they never asked how many bags I want..

Pharmacy had a line, albeit having just opened. Although, the restrooms have been closed for remodeling, it is Not easy to expect a three year old, to know he will immediately need to use the facilities, upon time spent shopping. Otherwise, with the extreme heat in our very near future, I expect, to remain at home, currently.

I will never shop at this Target again. I have spoken to managers time and time again, and it never improves. I use 5-10 coupons per shopping trip and they act as if I am trying to steal items. This past time the lady tried to explain logic and math and failed at both as to why she refused my coupon, before even trying them.

One of my favorite Targets. The customer service is always priority for the employees that work at this location. They have a Starbucks and a cafe that sells popcorn, pizza and other snacks that you can walk around the store with while shopping. The best part is their layout, its organize and easy to find what you need.

This Target is my favorite location! Its always well organized, clean and always stocked. This store is very reliable! You never have to worry about not finding what you need! The only down side are: They do get busy and lines can get long. They are the target that needs to keep all lines open during peak hours.

This is the worst Target. They dont stock up on sale items. It never fails that when Im looking for an item that is an everyday buy, theyre always out ! And this is every week! Im talking from shampoo to mascara, etc........ So annoying that I have to drive out of my city to another Target!

Worst restrooms known throughout california. Mens restroom stalls built so that people can see u taking a dump. No privacy. Larger stall door doesnt lock. No place to hang coat. If I had to choose, I would go to Walmart for cleaner restrooms and privcy

Pretty much every target that Ive been to in the IE has been great. Pleasant staff, decent selection of goods. This one has a decent size fresh food section too, which is nice. Also, their return policy is awesome, as it is with all Target stores.

Seems to be stocked better than most targets and fairly well merchandised. Employees are knowledgeable but are not very professionally dressed (sloppy or strangely dressed) and do not really look to help you unless asked. Moat were nice though.

I went here and nobody would help me for 30 mins. Then bald security man crouching out in womans bras section looking at me struggle trying to get what I needed. Terrible customer service he wouldnt find me a team member either
