I believe Nordstrom hates fat people! I went shopping tonight... I walked around looking for plus size clothes... I finally found a rack, messy odds and ends next to all the clearence racks... Thinking it was a sale rack I asked the girl where the plus size area was... She looked and sounded embarrassed and said this is it...she said if I had time I should drive to south coast plaza..?? Come on mission viejo nordstroms people come in all shapes and sizes, Sell clothes to everybody. Funny thing I saw several plus size employees while walking around... Where do they shop??

Customer service is the worst. They dont accept return if you dont have the invoice, even though the item is complete with price tag. The manager said they cant trace it back to the purchase. But this is B.S. We all purchase at Macys and Marshalls and Costco and they can recognize their merchandise from the bar code. Never buy anything from here!

As probably every Nordstrom Rack has large variety of discounted goods. My wife is enjoying going there, but management of this store should really rethink hidden counters with no employees to help you is not probably best way to survive in retail. Also to spend 30 mins in Q in empty store was not best experience.

I got some serious steals at this place. Everything they have is in great condition and I still dont know why some of the items I purchased were marked down so heavily. Lines go quick and, if they build up, an employee will bring you off to the side and use a hand scanner to do your purchase.

Was assisted by Rachel, who went out of her way to make my shopping experience very pleasant. She helped me to pick up a suit, took my measures to figure out my shirt-size, and also gave me advice on a tie. Usually I hate shopping but this experience was very positive.
