The store charged my account 2 times and the manager was unable to help to resolve the issue. His answer was to go to the bank and dispute the second amount. Additionally, there was a problem with the delivery of the item. When you purchase a bulky item at the store you would think that you would be considered their customer. Unfortunately the store manager Daniel didnt want to help with the delivery issue or the double charge. I got a run around to call the bank for double charge and call the warehouse for delivery issues. Very poor customer service. I dont recommend this store!!

From 7/3 to 7/9 I bought 2 a/c units (med. & small) and a small and regular vacuum. The med a/c was advertised to use 7.8 or 7.9 cooling amps. Found out later the amps was 12. This uses 150% the electricity! Called Erica (manager) Said she would research it as that was false advertisment. She never called back. The next day I called twice. Was told she was with a customer, then she wasnt even working that day??? Im trying to be loyal to sears, but am having a hard time with this one.

Went yesterday to buy a new mattress set. Tried to get someone to help us...after 15 minutes we walked out and went to Sit N Sleep and bought a set there. Several of their people walked by and we asked if there was anyone working this department, usual answer was maybe they were on break. And they wonder why their sales are down. We like the quality of their products (why they didnt get a 1 star rating), thats the only reason we go there. If we need service we go somewhere else.

Only at Sears can I be literally the only customer shopping on the whole second floor, then have to wait 15 minutes in a huge line at the only cashier working in the whole store. Store seems dirty and run down, and the escalators are crazy slow. 2 stars instead of one because there happened to be a great selection of cheap clearance clothing, which is why I was willing to stay in line. Wouldnt be surprised if this is the next Sears to close.

Sears has unreasonable, and unprofessional customer service. There is no respect for people who shop there. The managers could use seminars on customer service and reevaluate their return policy, which is ridiculous. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. AT LEAST GIVE US SOME RESPECT.

this store is so unorganized its not even funny you go and look for a pair of work shes its not worth it shoes are thrown everywhere took an hour and a half to find shoes and gotta wait 2 hours to checkout I just left its crazy no store should be like this Wal-Mart aint even this bad

A basic Sears. Nothing special. Even though its three floors it still seems to be lacking the same quantity of merchandise other seemingly smaller Sears may have. Especially in the tool department.

Very SAFE store. Cashiers are friendly. Escalators work and so do elevators. DONT PLAY ON THE ESCALATORS. Very handsome AP team. ;)
