Vicky Massek I had a horrific accident that involved a fatality of a child in the other vehicle. I was devastated, traumatized and felt very lost. I didnt even pick up my rental car until weeks later due to severe PTSD. Once I did get my rental car, I couldnt even think about going through the process of getting a replacement car. I received a call from Robby Anderson inquiring if I was ready to look for a replacement car. I let him know that I was not even ready to start driving again. He graciously let me know that when I was ready to give him a call. About 3 weeks went by and Robby called me again and asked how I was doing, not are you ready to buy a car, but how me, the person, was doing! I was still not ready to start looking a replacement car. A few weeks went by and Robby left me a message asking how i was recovering. I called him back 2 weeks later and said I was now ready to start looking for a replacement car. However my other car was still not settled and I didnt think I would be able to purchase until that was done. He explained that he thought he may be able to help. To make a already long story short, Robby got me into a car before my totaled car was paid off, not ever thinking it would take 3 MONTHS for that process to happen. Going through all the trials and tribulations, hoops and an enormous amount of help from Carrie at the office, her dedication in making lots of back and forth phone calls to my insurance company, the lender, the GAP company, it finally got done. Both Robby with his professional attitude and putting my well being first before a sale , which is the reason I decided to go with Enterprise and Carrie going WAY beyond the call of duty, I can not give enough praise to both these individuals. Not mention that if Carrie could not be there, then Cruz was always at the ready. To call my experience with this Enterprise office good, outstanding, exceptional, satisfied, does not do my experience justice. I was NOT JUST A SALE, I was a person in need of compassion and understanding, empathy and a friend that would look out after ME and MY best interest is EXACTLY what I got!! I will never purchase or rent a vehicle from any other company. I have referred so many friends and family to them I can not count. If I could be a spokes person for them, I would in a heart beat. My wife and I popped into Enterprise looking for a gently used, reliable vehicle. After a nightmarish jaunt to a used car lot, where the response to our request to test-drive a vehicle was "sure, if it starts", the experience we had at Enterprise was one of the best vehicle purchase adventures weve ever had. Joaquin Gutierrez was the salesman assisting us, with a great personality, knowledge about the vehicle we were interested in, and not at all pushy. Kerri Gideon, the sales manager on duty, made things quick, painless and straight-forward. Both employees were fun and personable, which made the experience that much more pleasant. Everything was explained to us clearly, including our options and clear costs laid out for each option. There were no "surprises" when the contract was introduced, and I find it impressive that in addition to the taxes and licensing, the only additional cost is a $200 docking fee. Open on Sundays, which is part of the reason why we ended up here! Lastly, after we got the vehicle home, we noticed a very small issue of a cracked hubcap. We contacted Joaquin, and he immediately placed an order for a replacement at no cost. We are ecstatic with our 2013 Nissan Cube and we highly recommend this place and its staff!

I started looking for a car back in January with my dad, due to my vehicle being totaled. I went to a lot of dealerships, but none of them came close to the professionalism and upmost concern for what it was I was looking for; Until I went to enterprise car sales. There I met Hector, I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price range I needed to stay in. He took the time to look up the car I wanted. The first couple cars he brought I didnt like them at all, not to say he didnt look in to what I want, Im just extremely picky and my father can be a lot to deal with. I began to get discouraged, because I felt it were impossible to get the car I want at the price I want. But Hector didnt stop there, he told me to give him more time. Within a week, he called me told me he found a 2015 Toyota Corolla S that includes everything I want. His supervisor Cruz was also instrumental in getting everything just right. I just want to give a big thank you to the team over at enterprise car sales, you made my car buying experience amazing. I recommend anyone thats looking to get a car go to them, they know exactly what theyre doing.

This was hands down the BEST car buying experience we have had. My husband and I went in to Enterprise because they had the best prices on a mini van. We needed a place to be open on Sunday. As luck would have it, our local enterprise car sales dealer, had just changed to being open on Sundays to make it a stress free, no haggle, shopping day! To make it better, we were greeted by Hector, who was both professional and could answer any question we threw at him. The Sales Manager, Kerri Gideon, was amazingly friendly, and as a manager for customer service myself, I was impressed with her ability to connect and make you feel at home quickly. She worked for 2 days, keeping constant contact, getting us the best APR finance rate available too! I have done business with enterprise before under different management, and it was just ok. We decided to check it out again 4-5 years later due to the Sunday hours and are glad we did! We will definitely shop here again, wonderful experience.

A friend of mine suggested I should buy my next car from a car rental place as he did. I decided to give it a try. I went with Enterprise since I have been renting cars from them for the past 3 years to go on vacation trips and week end get-aways. Enterprise has always taken care of me with free upgrades and great service that is why I have been loyal. I am so glad I decided to try and purchase my charger from them. The car is fantastic, with upgrades, sun roof, and they had the color I wanted. The staff was professional but approachable. Kerri, the manager, to be particular, really went to bat for me and she was able to get me the best interest rate possible. She took the time to research and find a bank that would give me a 5.9 interest rate instead of 10 point interest rate. I am really grateful to her because she took the time to really take care of me and really reflected Enterprises spirit of authentic and excellent customer service.

First let me say I do not like car shopping I have never like the experience I have had at dealerships. Purchasing a car at Enterprise is not like what you experience at the dealership. I truly had a great experience no pressure and the vehicle I purchased is great and great price I purchased a Ford F150 super crew cab great price and the vehicle is in mint condition. Dont limit yourself to what the have on the lot. They will find you the vehicle you want. Great website to search for the vehicles and you can have it shipped. Thats what I did and it was a great deal. Robby Anderson, Account Executive was great kept me updated on when my vehicle would be in. When I went in to do the purchase once the vehicle was in finance department was great they made sure to get me a great rate and process was quick and simple. I will never purchase a vehicle from a dealership again Enterprise car sales is really the way to go.
