I need to know who I can get a hold of regarding major issues with a SUV that I just bought 6 months ago. We are now on our 3rd engine and Im very upset that I am paying for a 2006 with so many issues!! I keep getting lied to and given the run around. Ron the guy that sold us the SUV didnt have it checked out or even cleaned when we bought it. He said to bring it back and we will have it all checked out and cleaned....He had it for over a week and when we got it back it was still filthy and all he gave us was the previous owners record of having a oil change! Once we singed the paperwork Ron is rude, he treats us like he doesnt even know us. I have spent so much money having this towed to Sisbarro VW and I live way up near the Organ mountains. When they put one of the so called "New" engines in they lent us a loaner car....We had that loaner car for over a month and when I asked about using it again,. they told me no that some "IDIOT" had one of their loaner cars for over a month....So I am the IDIOT? IT has been very difficult to buy a $11,000 2006 used SUV and make payments and not being able to drive it, let alone feel that it is RELIABLE! We even have a 2 year warranty!! I have had a total knee replacement right when we bought this SUV so I would have a nice and RELIABLE vehicle to get back and forth to rehab....That did not happen, instead I had to bum rides for over a month!!... 3 engines really??... AS I write this, the SUV had to be towed once again to Sisbarro VW. I know about the Lemon Law and I know about the BBB and the AG. I am not happy what so ever.

Im not one to get onto a public forum and talk badly about anyone or any company. However, this company has rightfully earned the honors of being exposed for their unethical practices. Firstly, if you decide to purchase a car do you research first before signing on the dotted line. These sales men flat out lie about their vehicles and make you believe your getting a great car and a great deal. They tell you they have to best service warranty in the nation, lifetime warranty on your vehicle for as long as you own it. YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE THEM PERFORM THE SERVICE AT THEIR DEALERSHIP. What they dont tell you is that you service will cost between $500-$600 every time you bring it in. Crooks!!! Are they replacing the engine every time they service your vehicle? I bought was Volkswagen not a Bentley!!! WTF!!! I could go on about the salesman and all their lies but I dont wish to waste anymore of my time writing about the horrible service I received. I feel Ive done my job informing the public about these crooks. Youve been warned by someone whos been the victim of their unethical abuse. Dont end up like me!

I would stay as far away from here (at least the service dept) as you can. I came in for a simple alignment. 2 and a half hours later they had it done. I had one request, to align my Jetta so that the wheel was straight while driving straight down the road (I had just replaced my tires earlier that day). The wheel is not even close to straight. The worst part about the entire visit was at the end when they charged me $124.66. I asked why the price was so outrageous, and was told that I was being charged a "shop charge" of $16. So naturally I asked what the "shop charge" was and what exactly I was buying for the extra $16. I was told it was for miscellaneous things like shop rags and paper to print my repair order on. I asked how many rags it took to adjust my alignment...I just got a puzzled look from the service writer. I would ask for my money back but I live several hours away. I would never recommend Sisbarro to anyone after this visit.

FOR SURE THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. I MADE A GENERAL INQUIRY ON THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT THE VEHICLE I WAS INTERESTED IN....NOT ONLY DID RON CONTACT RIGHT AWAY, HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DID NOT PRESSURE TO COME IN. HE ASKED WHAT I WAS INTERESTED IN, HE GAVE ME SOME OPTIONS AND EVEN ASKED ME YOU DONT HAVE TO PURCHASE TODAY, RIGHT THEN AND THERE I QUICKLY BECAME AT EASE ABOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS. ADDITIONALLY, WHEN I ARRIVED RON QUICKLY INTRODUCED TO HIS GSM/GENERAL SALES MANAGER BOB LANCASTER, WHO RIGHT AWAY MADE ME FEEL EVEN MORE WELCOME. TRULY, I WILL RECOMMEND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO BUY THEIR NEXT VEHICLE FROM RON VALDIVIA AND BOB. MY CAR IS GREAT, I LOVE IT!!!

I would never recommend going to this particular dealership due to the bad customer service and the unwillingness to share information that should be readily available to any consumer. I found my experience to be unfriendly and rude when asking questions regarding vehicle invoices. Management was unwilling to work with me and also lied to my face when I asked about certain information. I would not recommend purchasing with this dealership as they are only interested in screwing customers and making ridiculous profits. Furthermore I would recommend anyone walking into this dealership to make sure you do your research before dealing with this shady business.

we have been having some unusual electoral problems with our vw beetle lately, service manager Jorge took charge of the troubleshooting the problem and when the problem was found had the mechanics repair the fault thus saving us around $300 over having to replace an entire wire harness. dealing with Jorge this as well as all of our past experances with sisbarro an uncomplicated and stress free experemce. he also ensuerd everything was accomplished in a very timley manor keeping us informed of progress along the way. many thanks for a job well done Jim & Wendy Ruane

Ron and Damon took such great care of us! we came in on Saturday and told them we were pressed for time, saw a deal in El paso and wondered if they had something close. They didnt waste our time showing us cars we were not interested in or that were out of our price range. they allowed us to keep the test drive vehicle overnight and encouraged us to check out other dealerships in town. Sunday when we returned, all of the money side was figured out at exactly the numbers we requested. we felt listened to and valued as customers and enjoyed doing business with everyone at sisbarro Volkswagen in las cruces

Recently bought a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country from Sisbarro Volkswagen. Ferny Luna is the salesman that assisted me, he is very helpful and worked with my schedule and even rode with me from Las Cruces back to east El Paso to take my trade in back to the store. When you go in ask for Ferny you wont regret it! The management and finance teams were also helpful and flexible with trade in values. They even let me use loaner cars on 2 different occasions while my van was being worked on. Overall amazing experience one of the best car buying trips Ive ever made.
