TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have visited this dealership several times over the past two years, and even almost bought a used Saab from them....but because of their awful attitudes, lack of ownership for their actions and general unfriendliness and unhelpful attitude...I didnt luckily purchase that car from them. HOWEVER, I did purchase a great used car from the Gebhardt Volkswagon dealer on Pearl St. and 49th and was extremely impressed with how they treated me, how helpful they were, they really have their act together. But this dealer location has some SERIOUS work to do to get more business...if they keep up this "snobby" and "unfriendly" presence, they are bound to close in this economy!! My Father tried simply walking in the door and purchasing a part for his Saab and they turned him away quickly, saying the parts lady was "on vacation". Thats fine if shes on vacation, but they didnt ask him what he needed, or take his information, or try to help him in any way.....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

What a joke. I had a problem purchasing a vehicle from this dealer and when it came time to talk to the manager there,he is never there. I stopped by several times to speak with him and they told me he was in europe for a month or so and no one but him could help me. I stopped back by after that month and he was unavailable again because he plays hockey on that particular day. I gave up trying to buy a car here and bought the car i was seeking somewhere else. It seems like a new business and being a business owner in boulder myself it seems that if you really wanted it to work you might actually be there to speak with a customer. Gebhardt dealers are off my list to do business with.never liked doing business anywhere but in my local economy butI found a great import store in Denver that appreciates the business

I worked with Andy and the Manager, Adam when I purchased my new vehicle here. Both of those guys were a real pleasure to work with. They were not pushy at all, easy to talk to, and very thorough. They even encouraged me to take the vehicle of interest home for the night in order to get a real, true feel for it before I made my final decision. Totally their idea, not mine. I really feel like they went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable that I was purchasing the right vehicle for me. Ive heard great things about all the Gebhardt stores in Boulder, and now after working first hand with one of them, I can say I would definitely recommend them!

We bought a Used Car from Gebhardt motors in 2015. They were not knowledgeable about the car itself but were polite until the sale was finalized. We drove the car home to Denver (25 miles) and the next day noticed a leak in the driveway. It was understood that the car was purchased As-Is but we called Gebhardt to see if they could offer advice or assistance. What we got, NOTHING, they wouldnt even return a phone call. The leak repair required a $2,000+ power steering assembly. Take this review and the other negative reviews for this company as you will.

I brought my car in to get a head light bulb replaced and the next thing I know they are calling saying I need to new timing belt, tensioners, and to fix my power steering, all of which is due to marking on my engine showing someone else who worked on my car before did a horrible job and it would cost be $1300. I took it for a second opinion and there was no evidence for weird marks and only thing that need to be done was to replace the water pump which was covered under warranty. Stay Away...they are scammers!

If you want know what it is like to get screwed over by a used car dealer go here. They sold me (single mom of two) a 2012 Nissan Frontier for way too much money, none of the inspection work had been done (virtually no oil in car) and the clutch failed shortly after purchase. They were totally unwilling to help me, saying I bought "as is" and were rude bullys. Also been trying to get my gap insurance money back for months now. This is a horrible horrible place to buy a car.

I bought a used car from Gebhardt in November, 2014. I am very happy with the car. It was sold at a great price. What I was most impressed with is the service. Shortly after purchase, my car was hit in a parking lot. They went out of their way to help get it repaired at a very reasonable price, and they loaned me a car to use while it happened. I absolutely recommend looking here if you want a high quality car and a good price, and appreciate good service.

Bought a 2012 BMW 535i in August 2015. I worked with Paul Jacobs who was excellent, likable, knowledgable and made the experience. Buz was also very helpful when it came to price negotiation. Still getting to know my new car!

Its true that the parts department almost never has anything in stock. But Suzie Mancilla is the nicest parts person Ive ever dealt with at any dealership. -Jeff

They are really rude and inconsiderate. Their cars are not retail quality at all.
