I went into Ressler of Belgrade looking for a nicer used car. I pretty much knew what I wanted style wise and feature wise. Logan was pretty knowledgeable and laid back. Ive dealt with some pretty pushy sale people in the past and I like that Logan isnt like that. Hell give you the facts and let you make the decision on your vehicle instead of cramming it down your throat. It took me a few days to decide if I wanted to buy the car. Ressler values its cars off from KBB and my bank goes of from NADA so I decided to have Ressler finance me. I didnt get as good of a rate as what my bank offered but it was only .4 % of a difference and I wanted the car so I did it. I love my car and appreciate Logans low key approach to selling. Im adding this about a week and a half later... I use a credit tracking app and I viewed it today and Ressler added 7 hard inquiries to my credit after I specifically told them I didnt want to apply for their financing if it would add another hard inquiry. The sales manager said they would most likely be soft hits. The only reason Im rating this as high as I am is bc Logan is good to work with. Im not sure Ill ever buy a car from Ressler again.

First, let me start by saying I really dont like used car sales people....the smoke and mirrors....the back and forth negotiations...yuck. All I can say about Ressler Motors of Belgrade is WOW! There is none of that. The price is the price. I drove from the middle of Washington State (9 hours) to buy a car from Hailey Moore. I have 6 grown children so suffice it to say, I have some car buying experience. This is far and above the most pleasant car deal I have ever made, thanks to Hailey. Hailey was responsive and knowledgable, and found me the PERFECT car. We were in constant communication leading up to my arrival and the paperwork was all but complete when I walked in the door. She was a dream to work with! I couldnt more highly recommend her! In fact, she is looking for a vehicle for one of my daughters right now....if you are in the market for a used car, give her a call....you wont be sorry. It is refreshing to work with someone that genuinely takes pride in making sure that you are getting the right car for you. She really goes the extra mile. I spent months looking for the perfect car. I had very specific criteria and a price point that I wanted to be in. It was a bit of a unicorn hunt. I worked with Cody and Mary form the Bozeman store and was incredibly pleased with the level of customer service from both of them. They went above and beyond to find me my perfect car. When I was sent to the Belgrade store to work with Hailey, I was greeted with friendly smiles and knowledgeable staff. I loved the "best price" model and the fact that it did not feel like i was being taken advantage of. Hailey was amazing and the manger was upfront about everything, I received a great deal on my trade in and they helped me with financing. It was a simple process that went relatively smoothly. I went into Ressler of Belgrade planning to buy a 2008 Kia. I came out with a 2012 Chevy Malibu. Hailey Moore was nothing but helpful the entire time! She was knowledgeable and when she didnt know the answer to something she found it as quicklj as possible. She was very pleasant to deal with. She met me on her own time to bring me the keys since I couldnt pick up the car before they closed for the day. Hailey is very committed to getting people into the right car for them. I just bought my very first car with Ressler, and I just have to say I had such an amazing experience. Hailey Moore was the one who sold me my car... I told her what I was looking for and what my budget was, and she went to work and found me the most perfect car. I live in Washington State, so a lot of this was done over the phone and my mom had to go pick up the car for me. But her and I agree when we say that we would do it over and over again if it meant having such a dream of an experience each time.
