This was a frustrating experience, purchasing a car here. We fell in love with an Avalanche they had and started the process after giving a long winded explanation of our financial situation (which was a bit unusual). I very explicitly told them I wanted to stay with my financial institution because of the good repertoire I had with them. They said they would do what they could. That night they said I was approved but they wouldnt give me any info over the phone and I could come back in the next day. Upon not being given information over the phone I decided that night to get pre-approved through my financial institution by myself. I called the next morning to the credit union to find out the status. The lady explained that she saw that Automaxx had submitted for approval and I had received it and there was no reason to submit another one. I asked my rate which she explained was the lowest I could receive at the time and there was no problems. She gave me my credit scores over the phone even (when asked the previous night, Automaxx would not give it to me). They were wonderful and said that if I had any problems with Automaxx to just let them know and wed do the whole process through the credit union. I then headed back to Automaxx to see what they had to say. They said that the lowest rate (same as the one I had been given by my credit union) was through a completely different credit union and after insisting upon my own (which they told me I had been approved but the rate wasnt as low as the other one) they said it wouldnt work as well because of all the "stipulations" that my credit union would require. I asked what stipulations and they couldnt tell me. Just that my credit union would need more things. I was so frustrated with all of this since I knew they were straight lying to me since I had done the work on my own that morning. I also looked at their contract and they were nickle and diming me for everything! Making the the truck about 4000 dollars more than it needed to be. On top of that, they told me that any credit unions flat rate for gap insurance was $700 no matter where I went and I again I knew that my credit unions gap insurance was more than $400 less than that! It was lie after lie in the whole experience. I told them thank you, left the premises, and called my credit union and just started the purchasing process with them. Through them it went smooth and easy. I didnt spend the $4000 extra dollars, I received the truck for the price it was listed as and there was no extra hassle! I got the lowest rate I could get anywhere and the low gap insurance! Also, no extra "stipulations"! I just had to go in and grab my keys from Automaxx and drop off the check! (which they still had me sign unnecessary paperwork that I had already signed through the credit union). So, if you do plan on going through Automaxx just plan on working with your own financial institution and just skip the hassle of working with the salesman! Horrible liars!

I had an easy time with William here. I got a 2013 Ford Fiesta with only 15,106 miles on it. With it being just outside my price range, William was able to lower the total cost to help me meet my financial needs and goals and didnt pressure me into anything the whole time. The process was easy going and he answered any questions I had, including car history and warranty details. I had the Ford Lincoln dealership in Provo overview the car after buying it and they reported to me that she was in excellent condition and I had gotten a great deal. I also traded in my 1999 Subaru Legacy with almost 200,000 miles on it, and she had a possible head gasket issue which should have made her almost worth nothing, as her Blue Book value was only about $500 (with no issues) but they still gave me a trade in value of $200. I am super happy with my buy and Williams patience with me.

Steve was a great help. He took me into his office and showed me their inventory. With a few clicks of the mouse we narrowed it down to 3 cars that I was interested in. I was looking for a reliable, safe car for my daughter. She was out of town and I would be leaving town before she returned. No problem. Steve helped her test drive the cars we chose, explained about the warrantee, worked with her credit union, and kept me in the loop every minuet by phone and text. She is very happy with her "new to her" car!! I will recommend Auto Max anytime anyone wants to be treated fairly before, during, and after the purchase of a used car. Thanks again Steve for being an honorable car sales company. Pappa

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and to be completely honest, I was scared out of my mind because I know that dealerships are just there to make money. But when I heard about Automaxx and went to the Pleasant Grove location to look at some cars I felt super comfortable. The people there were super helpful and werent in a rush to sell me on anything! I looked at a few cars and ended up falling in love with the car that I ended up buying. When I told them that I knew what I wanted they did whatever they could to help me make it happen. I highly suggest going to this location! Amazing people and amazing cars!

We test drove a car at the PG location a couple of weeks ago, and met William, the Salesman there. He was so down to earth and personable, as well as very knowledgeable about the car. We shopped around at a few larger dealers after, and we decided that we would much rather buy a car from Automaxx and William, rather than a large impersonal dealership. We went back, and bought the car! Loved the honest, fair deal we received and really enjoyed working with William and Parker. Highly recommend this dealership!!!!

Purchased a QX56 from Sean at the Pleasant Grove location. Hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. There was no pressure. Simple straightforward purchase with no hidden fees or sneaky behavior like car dealerships are know for. Just a simple, fair purchase. I will check Automaxx inventory first when I buy another car.

Just bought a car from Automaxx at the new Pleasant Grove dealership and I could not be more satisfied. Loved the people, loved my options and I loved how I was treated. All the advice and tips I got for selling my car, buying a new car and taking out a loan.. etc. were coming from friends not from dealers. Will recommend to everyone!
