This whole process has been nightmarish to say the least. They bring people in on bait and switch "$399 down drives nonsense. This is not remotely close to accurate, as per the salesman and finance guy it takes at least $1500 down to get financed in house or through one of their subpar lending partners. They lied to their lender Rightsize funding about how much I paid down to get the deal bought by the bank. They acted as if deffering the down payment was doing me a favor, but in reality they were just looking to make a sale. Christina and Henry in fiance both adamantly advised me not to disclose this to the bank. This felt fishy to me, so I looked into the matter. Turns out that this is dealer fraud.... and illegal kids! Im sure the state attorney generals office will be interested in looking into my concerns, as dealerships in the valley have been shut down in the past for being caught red handed ripping off consumers. I disclosed to the bank the accurate story of what happened and they rightfully refused the loan. Now Now the dealership is trying to force me into a buy here pay here agreement that I never opted for. Per AZ state law I have the right to refuse any modifications or changes to the financing agreement, and am entitled to the money back I paid down. Good luck getting anyone to return your calls though. My next steps will likelikely be to contact the BBB, office of the SAG, and every reiew site I can find. Lastly, lets talk about the car. I bought a 2014 Dodge Dart. They sold it to me with bad tires, low oil, and it knocks and makes noises. They didnt even bother to detail the car and had to give me a few bucks for gas so I could coast into a gas station when I purchased the vehicle! This is beyond unacceptable, and the poor service I received will be relayed to anyone who will listen. Those bad tires literally almost killed me yesterday as the rear passenger tire violently blew out on me on the highway. This thing should have never been allowed to leave the lot! Shame on me for not doing my due diligence in researching your dealership before choosing to work with you, but shame on you for taking advantage of people. I just want my money back and to walk away from this nightmare. - An incredibly angry and persistent customer (read as victim)

Horrible. We thought we were making a great choice buying our first car as a family here. Were young, have a young baby, just starting out. We saved up a down payment, went down here, and they were super fast and helpful. Had our car for ONE DAY and it wasnt wanting to start. Brought it in and we were told nothing was wrong with it. Then why was it not starting? Brought it in the next, waited for 5-6 hours for them to replace a battery ( mind you that they wouldnt give us a loner car for the day, and we have a baby, AND our car was 2 days old) so we thought everything was fine. Go to get in it the next morning, same problem. So we call and take it back in, they say be there as soon as possible. We drive from south gilbert, almost queen creek, to be told to come back at 1pm. So we go back, then wait a couple hours as they replace the fuel pump. Go to get in this morning again and what do you know? Not fixed. So we go back in today, FINALLY we get a loner car. A huge van. Again, weve already spent literally almost every penny we have and some we didnt on this car and going back and fourth from queen creek to Mesa to have our brand new car fixed over and over, and we are told this is the only car we can use for DAYS. We ended up taking the van back and getting our car back before they even got around to servicing it because the gas was so ridiculous. Ive tried to call FIVE TIMES to talk to a manager over this week and still have yet to speak to him. Even asked to speak yesterday while we were in the dealership and the receptionist went to get him, said he was on the phone, then we get told he has left for the day. And to this day we have yet to talk to manager. This whole situation is a joke. Has left us completely broke. We are pissed. The customer service has been a nightmare. We will just bite the price for this car, and try our best to tell everyone we know to find somewhere else to go. Really disappointed in their lack of customer care and concern. There will be a formal complaint put in tonight.

Warning !! Warning!! Stay away from this company!! USA auto / Red mountain funding. This company is a repo business, under the disguise of a finance company. Thay are hoping you miss payment so thay can repo your car snd resale it to another unsuspecting buyer. Thay are rude on the phone when you call and question any of their actions. If you are one week late thay will come pick up (repo)your car. My daughter was in the hospital for 3 weeks unresponsive. Without any letters in the mail, thay came and swooped up the car. They then will charge you all kinds of astronomical fees to get it back, making it nearly impossible. If you have any belongings in the vehicle they will charge you $25 to retrieve them. They say its in the contract, but Im calling bullshit... They prey on the uninformed customer. Best bet is to deal with a reputable financial company. A good finance company wouldnt have six to seven cars out front, with $400.00 sticker prices on them. Im sure thay will respond to this complaint with some generic response, making it seem like they care about their customers. Dont be fooled in to thinking thay wont do the same thing to you.

I walked in very interested in possibly purchacing 1 of 2 trucks they had on their lot. I walked in and they were really friendly Gus came up and was having me fill out an application. I mentioned that i would like to see the trucks really quick and possibly test drive them and that i didnt want to buy it on the spot at that time his reaction pretty much said "your wasting my time now". We got outside and he informed me that one of the trucks i wanted had been sold this morning (so i was about to fill out an application for a truck you dont even have anymore?) so we looked at a few trucks they had and the entire time i felt like his attitude was saying my time is more valuable than yours and your wasting my time. I am currently very interested in a truck on their lot but why would i buy a truck from a place that makes me feel like if im not gonna drive off the lot on the spot im not worth their time? A truck is a big investment and not something im willing to commit to without taking some time to think about.

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! I got a car from them almost 7 years ago. I was in a car accident no less than a month later. My insurance gave me the money to pay them. I took the money there, and then a few months later they said they never got the money (I paid it to Joe). When I got my settlement, I want again to talk to them, I considered the previous pay out lost so I tried settling out and paid the car off again (I was young and didnt know I could dispute them and take them to court for theft). Recently when I tried getting a truck I found out that these guys reported my car as if I never paid it and they didnt know what happened to it. I have been trying to talk to the owners to resolve this and they want me to SPEND MORE MONEY DISPUTING THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!! Now they will not answer my calls (theyre always "busy") or return my messages!!!! They RUINED my credit and stole money from me, and still will not make right!!! DO NOT buy anything from them!!!!
