I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shamrock Auto; working with them feels more like buying from a friend than a dealership. Weve now purchased two vehicles from them and will continue to give them our business in the future. Ive never been so happy with a dealership, the vehicles weve purchased, or the people I worked with through the process, and Id strongly recommend Shamrock Auto (and especially Stephanie, who we worked with during the process). If you want to know why we trust them so much, heres the whole story: I had never bought a car from any place but a big dealership before - and Ive purchased before from Larry H. Miller, Doug Smith, etc... but Shamrock and Stephanie earned my trust and my business in the fall of last year by helping me find an amazing deal on 2013 Chevy Malibu LTZ, a deal the big dealerships said they couldnt meet/beat (at which point the big dealerships tried to discredit Shamrock with a bunch of hearsay, none of which could have been validated, and all of which went against their online reviews which are overwhelmingly positive). It felt more like buying a car from a friend than a dealership - they let us borrow the car for a full day, and then borrow it again to get it independently reviewed, etc... no headache causing process. Less than a month after purchasing the Malibu, my wifes 2013 Chevy Equinox was totaled, and she wanted an apples-to-apples replacement. I immediately went back to Shamrock Auto as they had completely earned my trust, but they didnt have what my wife wanted on the lot. Disappointed, I went back to the big car lots and after several days of searching was about to purchase a 2013 Equinox LT from Larry H. Miller; the night we were about to sign on the deal, Stephanie calls me on my cell and says she thinks she found the perfect car for us - and it was on a Chevy Finance lot all the way up in Idaho! She had been searching for us for DAYS, and was able to find a very low-mileage 2016 Chevy Equinox for almost the EXACT same price as what Larry H. Miller was trying to sell me a medium-mileage 2013 Chevy Equinox. It was BETTER than an apples-to-apples replacement for my wifes car, and it was a no-brainer. Seriously, no one has ever worked harder for me in searching and trying to find the perfect car than Stephanie from Shamrock. And when we were buying the second car from them in a few weeks because our other car was totaled, they put a little extra effort into taking care of us. When the need comes up again, well continue to go to Stephanie and Shamrock Auto, and wed HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

This is the place to buy a car! We started here after an internet search. We got to the place not knowing it was closed on a Saturday night, but Kellan was still there and let us drive a couple of vans. Then he gave us the best news of all, that they would be able to hold the car for us with a small deposit. 2 days later we went back for another test drive, and even though they were busy, they gave us the pates and let us go for a thorough test drive. Went down a couple of days later with our trade in to leave as a deposit and left with a basic contract to buy the van...in a couple of weeks when we got our money in. Finally, when we went to pick up the van, we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They gave us a very fair price on the trade in, a price on the van that was right in line with the KBB value and service that is second to none. The pricing is not only fair, but no haggle. The price doesnt change from quote to contract, and I never felt manipulated or "sold to" at all. Like many other reviews have said, it feels more like buying from your friend (or brother in law at most) than a big dealership. Any car that I buy in the future, and anyone who asks me where to go look at cars, I will direct down to the Shamrock Group. Their old fashioned service and fairness are very refreshing in society today. 5 stars all the way!!!

My husband and I were in the market for a family car, looking to trade in one of our smaller cars. After researching what type of SUV and where the best deals were located we decided to start test driving. We started and ended our experience at Shamrock. Stephanie helped us throughout the process. We had a wonderful experience with her, she was very helpful and friendly didnt try to hide anything, in fact she was completely up front about everything concerning the car that we were interested in. The entire staff there was super friendly and very knowledgable. We had originally planned on test driving different cars at the other dealerships that we had on our list, but as luck had it we found the car we wanted at Shamrock, and thank goodness for that. Just the thought of going to a dealership makes me physically ill for the most part. Shamrock definitely changed that experience for me. They are not the norm. They are currently helping us get a second key for our car since it came with just one. Even though we own the car and should be out of their hair by now, they have treated us consistently throughout. It sounds cheesy but I feel as though I was being treated like a family member more than a money bag. I would definitely buy there again.

We bought our suburban from Shamrock Group a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! Brady and Kellin were so awesome to work with. When we need another car in the future we will definitely be going back to Shamrock. They are not like any other dealership. They do not work on commissions and their whole business model is set up to pass on great deals to the customers. They buy great cars at great prices and pass the savings on to the customers. We purchased our suburban way under the suggested retail price. We never felt any pressure from Kellin or Brady as we were making our decision; they simply gave us the facts on the car, answered our questions, and NEVER put any pressure on us. They dont feel the need to pressure their customers because they dont have to due to their great business model and lack of commissions (all sales are split between them and their cars are priced so well they dont have to pressure anyone into buying something for money than they should be spending). They have even been great after we purchased, letting us know that they are there if they can help. I would definitely recommend buying from Shamrock, theyre awesome!!!!

Kellen Christenson from the Shamrock Group provided the best car buying experience I have had in a LONG time! Several major dealerships had cheated me on vehicles. They tacked on extras, added warranties, and even charged me for services that were never performed. I was upside down on my most recent loan (by a large amount), and Kellen made purchasing a car so easy! He even "held" a car for me for a week until I could get in to sign all the papers and make the deal happen. When I showed up to sign for the car, all the documents were printed and ready to go. Kellen and Brady even stayed late to make sure I got the car when *I* wanted the car. Check out the Shamrock Group in Pleasant Grove, UT and see what they can do for you.
