I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER IF YOU WANT TO REBUILD CREDIT. The customer service is unbeatable. Ive dealt with several car companies, from Cactus Jacks in Mesa to Kia Dealerships in Scottsdale, and I can tell you that honest to God you are not going to find salesmen who sincerely care the way they do. You have to remember that this is ultimately a credit building company that utilizes the vehicles they sell to help you build or repair your credit. They will not sell you a vehicle you cannot afford, they will make sure your payments are doable according to the information you provide them. Therefore, their no late fees system will have almost immediate affects on your credit report. Within on year I raised my credit score by over one hundred points with the car payment alone. If you do have a payment issue their customer service representatives are very informative and understanding. They are willing to work with you within reason. Yes the cars are used, yes there may be repairs needed, but they do offer a 90 day warranty policy on any vehicle they sell you. Their car service department is just as awesome as the sales team. The prices are unbeatable and the service is genuine. When my car was broken into they took care of all needed repairs in a timely manner and saved me over $800 as opposed to quotes from other mechanics. If you have had issues with dealers in the past take a chance and hear what they have to offer you.

At first I loved them, today I sit in the office and this is the 5 or 6 time I have brought my car in for repair, every time I brought my car in and they fixed it. I had to go back the next day because it wasnt fixed. 1st it was leaking they tried to convince me that it was from my air conditioner, it continued to leak so I had to take it back at least once or twice more. Today I come in because I brought it a few weeks ago and my car stalled on me my horn just starts honking when Im driving. A few weeks ago I brought my car here because it was not starting, they fixed it said it was a censor.. I got it back and had to bring it in again after only having it 1 day. They asked me to bring it back they gave me a loaner. Which was a pos , it made a sound when I drove but they said it was safethey fixed it and replace my radiator and a bunch of other things. Im so disappointed with this place. I will never refer family or friends here. I live all the way in Glendale and have to drive to chandler when I need my vehicle fixed.. They did give me a loaner to borrow but its ridiculous that I have to drive back and forth for things they should fix the first time. I would not recommend jd byrider unless u absolutely need a vehicle. Lesson learned

My husband and I had went to a previous dealership before going to J.D. Bryder. We have horrible credit and we were just happy someone was willing to help us. That was before the dealeship completely scwered us over! I had received a text from Imad stating he could help us get into a vehicle with $0-$499 down, I thought it was to good to be true. I honestly thought it was a scam! Lol! I explained our situation and told us to come on down. Imad is a miracle worker! He got us into a vehicle we absolutely love for $0 down! Weve had the vehicle now for 3 months and recently our SUV was not working. It would not turn on, unless we got a jump and even then it would turn right back off. I called the service dept. and told us to bring it in with no hesitation. No matter how booked they were with appointments they still helped us out! Now our SUV is good as new! J.D. Byrider is one amazing dealership! I would highly recommend!

It was horrible experience we were dealing with Joe owaynat and he wasted our time said one thing on the phone and opposite in person. We were told that we can use tax income documents for proof of income and a letter so when we came we provided that. We got our van from them had it for a week we went back this morning to finish paper work. So we went with my wife her cousin and three of her daughters because she was going to get a car to. So when we arrived he denied the deal took keys back and left us stranded and didnt even help her cousin very rude deceitful people.didnt even ask if we had a way home. It was horrible to be stranded there i had to have family pick me up he lives on 83rd ave mcdowell to pick us up from there to take us home at university and price.like i said horrible experience poorly handeld sittuation no respect.

This is a rude and disrespectful customer service. we have been with them for over two years and the customer service has gone from 10 to 0. We wont even brag or try to get others to come by because of the crap we go through with customer service. Now they want to fight us against giving car payment over insurance matter but they have not sent anything to my husband about this. I had to call the sales department --- poor guy - i had to get him to go back to the customer service. Wow! behold I got to make a car payment. What a bull of crap! No one should be treat like this especially when we are trying to pay off. we cant wait to get the car pay off because we will never ever use them again! They need better customer service.

I was referred to J.D. Byrider by a really great friend, loyal and honest. She shared her experience and expressed the compassion and efficiency they possess. There were a few things that needed to be brought current with maintenance. My vehicle spent most of its history in lots and only being driven as a lease or rental. I brought my car in within the first 30 days and they made all of the repairs at no charge. The customer service is courteous and calm. I was pleased with the service experience, which is typically the worst side of a dealership in my opinion. I took a chance and it paid off. Im in a vehicle that suits my needs and can provide a longterm solution. Im happy that Ive made this investment and hope to refer anyone.

The only thing I have a problem with is the service department other than that sells awesome friendly with a big smile service department not enough mechanics I dont think they know what theyre doing service department managers unfriendly lie to you say the vehicles are fixed or not fixed I had to return my vehicle six time within two weeks saying that it was complete was not complete they need more high-tech mechanics there I believe that they dont service their vehicles they just throw it on the lot and then when we buy them were stuck with it and then they Wonder Why We complain about why is this car had it for 2 weeks broke down twice they just dont communicate with you write more communication goes a long way
