EDIT: Upon further review of my vehicle, this service department DAMAGED MY VEHICLE, to parts that will cost several hundred dollars to replace. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST Heres my review of the dealership in my experience with them(service dept). Description: Having a mandatory 60$ charge for diagnostic check(which they automatically add to anything being done), and a mandatory 11$ shop supply charge for anything that gets done(this includes Maxcare warranty claims & recalls from what Ive seen), this location fits the definition for Stealership perfectly. I also had a poor experience with the customer service here. Coming for my appointment, I was checked in by a tech, and although I could visibly see my service advisor, they made no effort to come talk to me, as they were busy chatting with other advisors & grabbing coffee. Later on I had a brief interaction with the advisor, but mainly just to pay. When brought back to clarify issues, the shop technician was extremely unfriendly, and became more unfriendly when it became apparent to him I wasnt some moron, but instead someone who understood the issues. After the 70$ charge several screws and bolts were hanging out of places in the affected area when they returned the vehicle to me, of which I had to get the advisor to grab a tech to fix, the tech this time just glared at me and refused to say a word while he tightened them down. Im glad I did not have the recall completed at this service center, as they likely would have ****ed it up with non-vin matched wrong-color parts, and would probably screw up the wiring in the recall as well. Ill be going to a dealer in Big Sky to see how their service department operates in hopes of finding something better, and if not off to Billings, or possibly just waiting for the times Im back in Colorado. Would I visit this dealership again: Absolutely not. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Was going to buy a used 1500 Ram, the price online was $10,600 and when I went to go purchase it they told me it was going to be $10,900 because they were going to fix the windshield (no windshield cost $300), so I said I wanted it for the price listed online. The response i received after that was only if they didnt fix the windshield, so i agreed to that. Then, I had to wait on the Financing from the bank, which wasnt going through until the next day so they held the truck. When I came back the next day to sign the papers, i walked around the truck and noticed the tires were now bald, so this meant they had taken the decent tires off of the truck and replaced them with those. To top it all off the truck had hail damage and they were asking high book. I ended up not buying the vehicle due to the experience, and the manager was very rude and unprofessional, saying well someone else can buy it. Obviously they didnt want my business and will never get it.

We made a deal on two separate trucks. We had to buy the trucks from out of town and so made the arrangements over the phone. After each "deal" the truck was sold out from under us to someone else. My wife was berated by both the salesman and the manager as if this was our fault. I bought from another dealer without any issue. I wouldnt trust these people, they are why car salesmen have a bad reputation.

On Aug. 10th we were on our way to Bozeman when the radiator on my Dodge Ram started leaking. I limped it into Bozeman and was at the dealership first thing the next morning, I met Greg and he figured out a way to get my pickup in for repairs that same day even when they were booked solid. Thank You Greg and all that were involved right down to the courtesy van driver. GREAT SERVICE!!!!! Thank You!!!!!

Was given dealer auction trade in values for possible trade that was $4-5000 less than KBB. Asked sales rep 3 times in 25 minutes what they were willing to offer for my trade and never received an answer. Gave up and will find a Jeep dealer outside Bozeman to work with. Other local car dealers were providing more realistic trade in values closer to KBB. Not purchasing new from these folks!

Unfortunately, this "small", locally owned dealer has grown and lost its personal touch. I used to buy vehicles at Billion but will never do so again due to the high pressure, youre just a number mentality that they have adopted. I had the hardest time getting a price from these guys and they tried to bully me into a sale. If you value customer service, AVOID these guys

I bought a 2016 Ecodiesel Ram 1500 from Billion Dodge. The thing has had numerous problems while under warranty. It is a lemon in every sense of the word. The scary part is that Billion cant even get the parts to fix it, and have not been able to give any time frame whatsoever to remedy this situation. This is not how to treat customers. Spend your money elsewhere.

Called a salesman on Monday and said I was looking for a Dodge Ram with 5.7 Laramie package never heard back from him. Called another salesman on a 2011 dodge ram and it had already been sold. This place has serious issues with the sales manager and associates. I will never buy a truck from this place.

Dont bother the sales team isnt helpful at all and are not interested in actually helping the customer. If you call you will get the run a round and the service department just dont bother answering the phones. When you show up they have 101 excuses but no solutions. Save your time.

I do not think Billion dodge is a trustworthy business. They sold my friend a truck, which turned out to be a lemon, and handled the situation very very poorly. Will not be looking to billion for my next vehicle.

Made a service appointment, and it still took 5 hours to replace a brake caliper and two rotors. Kept giving false time estimates and I saw a lot of technicians just standing around. Ridiculous.

Traveling from the east coast, we had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly. Amy (service coordinator) got us in quickly to get a diagnosis and on our way. Outstanding customer service!

They dont listen to what you have to say and try to sell you a car you cant afford. Unscrupulous and snide when theyre called on it.

Good selection of vehicles, however, sales people frequently do not follow up.
