Just thought you guys should know. I bought a truck from you less than two months ago and we have a clogged air intake frozen solid with water. Where did this water come from? Our mechanic and ourselves have a feeling the truck has been submerged at some point. We were not informed of this. This may be something we would have wanted to know before we made the choice of buying the vehicle. Also to top it off we have a coolant leak into the cylinders so now I have a blown head gasket on my hands. Fantastic. Both in less than two months. I dont know if I can take anything else going wrong. I guess the thing that gets me the most is that your salesman looked me and my entire family in the eyes and did not mention one thing we would have had to worry about in this vehicle. I dont know how you have a clear conscience about what you do. A lot of people rely on their vehicles. My family included. It is our income, it is only way to see family and friends. And now we will not for the holidays. I do not live in the same town, so I am unable to transport a broken down vehicle to your facility. We are informed consumers. We felt, and were led to believe we could trust your company. Fool me once. You will not have a repeat customer in us.

Bought an Audi from this dealership less than a month ago here is a list of issues that I have been having: the adjustable suspension is starting to fail, there is an oil leak from the head gasket tensioner seals, they didnt check to see if the coolant was the right type it was some green universal stuff and I ended up busting a coolant line all over the engine that I fixed myself, and I had to flush the system and put the proper coolant in myself because I called the mechanics and they declined to rectify the situation. And now I have yet another coolant line leak somewhere near the radiator. As well as the secondary air injection pump is failing and has been for most the duration that I have owned this Vehicle I took that to the man in town and he suggested a spark plug blew which, lets face it, is silly. While I was at drill I had spoken to one of my friends in the military, he has reported having a similar experience with Snyder motors and some of his friends have as well. So considering the evidence and trying to be fair, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership,as I purchased mine for seven and a half thousand, and need to put in nearly four thousand to get it to run properly.

OMG! Just bought a car this week from the guys at Snyders. No high pressure. No looks down their nose at you if you dont have perfect credit. No waiting around for hours while the little sales people scurry back and forth looking for approval from the auto overlords. None of that BS stuff that all of us have had to put up with from the past! I had found the vehicle I wanted by looking on the website. Went in, talked with Bryan, my sales person, and took it for a test drive. I thought I had my financing all worked out but, it turns out the financial institution I was going to use wasnt so hot. I told Bryan, "This is what I can afford and this is where I need to be at." He and Jeff, the owner, went to work for me (and I mean WORK) and got me the exact amounts I needed to make the deal. This has been the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! You want to buy a car with no BS and a good deal: Go see the guys at Snyders!

Snyder motors was very nice to work with, having a friendly and relaxed staff. It was low pressure and they made every effort to accommodate. They gave good background information concerning the car and let me take it to a mechanic and a carwash before purchasing. After purchasing they were willing to look into any potential concerns or issues that arose after purchase and to help take steps to resolve them. They were also clear in relaying that the cars they get are from auction and come as is, so the steps they are willing to take in going over the cars history and being willing to take their vehicles to a mechanic is very helpful when purchasing a used vehicle. Right now however it seems there was a problem they cleared from the computer that was present previously that I am going to have them look into.

I HATE spending money on myself. Get nervous as hell doing so. I have always struggled to have any money, so spending it is a huge thing for me. I wonder if things will go okay, work out in the end. Just the way it is. So, finding on-line a vehicle that would suit my need of having a reliable car in the weather that can be.....well.....Montana.......I was hopeful, and, I kind of liked the idea of the vehicle. Old School Jeep, Convertible for the summer, and, in the winter, 4 wheel drive. To be brief, salesman Trice was up-front, honest......to the point, and....helpful. Damn......down to earth. Made the process of spending hard-earned monies, a bit less stressful, and helped me get into a car that I needed. That is a damn nice quality in someone.

If youre a first time car buyer, I highly recommend Snyder Motors! My car had just recently broken down and I was in need of a new one, I had explained to them my situation (not having a cosigner, no money to put down etc.) and they helped me figure everything out, from the loan to the down payment. The car buying process was fast and pain free ! Even after I had driven the car off the lot, I had a few concerns about the car, but they assured me they would look at it free of charge! I didnt have to end up taking it in, because it turns out I just didnt know anything about the way Volkswagens ran and the car was fine! But all cars are at Kelly Blue Book prices and you can expect to get a bang for your buck!

T bought a truck at Snyders. And 3 months latter I had to replace fuel injectors and turbo. They are dishonest and very unprofessional. I will never buy anything from them again. Or ever suggest them to anyone unless you dont care about being ripped off . 2-26-15 Just to inform everyone. The fuel filters were clogged and had to replace them too. I was told by my mechanic, that is something that should have been done by Snyders before ever being sold. They say come in and see what is wrong. They need to do that before selling a vehicle, used or not! Im not letting them touch my truck! And get ripped off again.

I am a little biased being in the online car advertising business, which to say I am very picky about my cars. I looked all over for a really clean, non hit bmw and Snyder had it. I had to really dig since they werent very prominent online but I found it and called Jeff. He is a low pressure good guy. I negotiated a bit over the phone, which dealers dont like but he handled it well. I finally went in a they gave me a very fair price and a very clean car. Good guys, Good cars but need to have there inventory online more..lol Cmart! Thanks Jeff and Zach!
